Rooms were clean. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Pools were convenient if you didn’t want to hit the beach. Was great that it was pet friendly. Big plus!! The only suggestion I do have is to replace the cooking pans they are coated and very scratched up and there was not enough forks and spoons. Otherwise we had a great time!!

There are not many shops in seaside heights other than the broadwalk. But near by communities had plenty. Nice beaches including Sunset Park beach on the bay side.

Bare bones

Property was not close to Beach as described, it was four long blocks and half a mile each direction. We were called multiple times on our way to ask what time we would be there and if two hours past check in time told they would leave keys and credit card information on table in unlocked unit. Manager ended up waiting for us to arrive but this was stressful. Unit was not clean on arrival and every single dish in unit was in dishwasher which never did work and we had to wash previous tenants dirty dishes. Bathroom not clean, however upon calling someone very nice did come up and clean. Pool area was nice, but we did not use as always very full of very loud children. Air conditioning in living room so loud not useable. Overall decent place to stay if it is all you can afford but not a very relaxing vacation.

Thank you for your comments . Our office graciously waiting for you to arrive to insure you had easy access . As per the sign on the dishwasher , all dishes and dinnerware are pre cleaned , sanitized and kept in dishwasher to insure Sanitization and guest is comfortable using them. We do have a family environment and two large pool areas . Most guests are at the beaches and usually pools are quite empty. Our listing does accurately reflect bethel distance to the beach being 3..5 blocks from the beach and we are located in a quiet area close to all amenities
