We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Frayssinet-le-Gélat, this charming lodging with swimming pool, of a surface of 100 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 50 m², an open plan kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 000 m². Wifi, bed linen included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor :
- A living room of 50 m² with sofa, armchairs, coffee table and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1 on the garden side: two single beds and storage space.
- A bathroom with bath and toilet.

On the first floor :
- A mezzanine with TV, sofa and armchair.
- Bedroom 2 on the street side: a double bed (140×190) and storage space.
- Bedroom 3 on the garden side: two single beds and storage space.
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Shared exteriors:
- A swimming pool (not heated, shared) of 12m × 6m, ranging from 1m20 to 2m50 deep. The pool is salt water and has an alarm. It is open between May and September (depending on weather conditions).
- A beautiful garden of 1,000 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- Private pool house with barbecue, water point and refrigerator.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Frayssinet-le-Gélat, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops in the village but also from shops, restaurants, bars, market in the surroundings...
