About this property

New apartment (2021) fully equipped, bright, located on the ground floor at the edge of the superb golf course of San Roque.
It is composed of a master suite, double bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. Completed by a second double bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds as well as a second bathroom. The living room, the dining room and the fitted kitchen are bordered by a large terrace followed by a lawn. A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer complete the apartment. It also has two spaces in the underground car park. The swimming pool is quiet and common to three blocks (each composed of 8 apartments). The apartment is ideally located 5 minutes from Sotogrande, 30 minutes from Marbella and 1h05 from Malaga airport, close to many shops and magnificent golf courses.
A security deposit of 100 euros is charged for the use of the barbecue if the barbecue is not left clean.

Schöne Unterkunft in idealer lage

Das Appartment und die Lage sind sehr gut, allerdings finden wir persönlich die Möbel etwas „Basic“ und die Qualität der Möbel entsprechen nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen einer hochwertigen Unterkunft. Vielen Dank für Ihre Anmerkungen, Bettina. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass diese Unterkunft, obwohl sie neu und sehr gut eingerichtet war, nicht Ihren Kriterien entsprach.
