The chef’s kitchen will provide plenty of opportunities for anyone to try their hand, (or not). Each coastal bedroom has a private bath. This home is located right outside the Sea Pines back gate and is a short bike ride to Coligny Plaza for shopping, dining, and entertainment. A few sandy steps get you to the beach. Entertainment and remote school/work are a breeze with fiber optic internet and a mesh Wi-Fi network. Great location, the only disappointment was the hot tub was broken prior to is arriving and for the entire time. Loved the private baths per bedroom and the big screen is just fantastic!

High school grad trip

1 Sea Oak was a great property for 6 recent grads to celebrate the end of a crazy year. There was plenty of room to hang out with an upstairs living room and a basement room. The bedrooms were spacious. It’s a fantastic location right near the beach and getting to Coligny was an easy bike ride.
