We love Hilton Head and our accommodations were great! The cleaning team did a very good job!! Home was very comfortable and spacious. Had to do some remote work and wifi worked perfectly. Luckily we had the pool heated becsuse it was cool during our stay. The ping pong table was a blast and the ocean was right there across the street. Would definitely recommend, awesome management as well:)
Great location, steps from the beach (in a spot that didn’t ever seem crowded) and the house had a great layout for extended family all staying together. Loved the bikes and beach wagon that was available for use. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again.
This house is magical!! Perfect location! Kitchen has everything you need! A short walk to the beach and the beach is not crowded. So many friendly people. Quick bike ride down to Coligny if you want to shop or eat. The porches are perfect to just relax on and the neighborhood is quiet. You are near the back entrance to Shipyard. House is clean, organized and all bedrooms have a full bath. We will be back!
Great location, the only disappointment was the hot tub was broken prior to is arriving and for the entire time. Loved the private baths per bedroom and the big screen is just fantastic!

Everything was pretty good. We would just suggest some more chairs by the pool. The lounge chairs are hard to lay back in comfortably.

1 Sea Oak was a great property for 6 recent grads to celebrate the end of a crazy year. There was plenty of room to hang out with an upstairs living room and a basement room. The bedrooms were spacious. It’s a fantastic location right near the beach and getting to Coligny was an easy bike ride.
