the location of this apartment was perfect! close to the Chateau Versailles, restaurants and grocery store right on the street. The only issue we had was the washer/dryer did not work. otherwise a great stay.

Bonjour, Nous vous remercions de votre commentaire. Concernant la machine à laver, à ce jour, elle lave parfaitement, la fonction lavage/séchage fonctionne très bien pour des petites quantités de linge, ce qui est donc idéal pour des voyageurs. Les programmes de lavage classiques fonctionnent normalement également ( coton, synthétique, fragile etc.)

Issues

The apartment was just as pictured,generous in size and an excellent location.unfortunately this was let down by the lack of communication with not addressing problems. The shower drain was seriously blocked and after several days we fixed it ourselves. Most kitchen items had to be washed before using ,lots of chipped pieces need to be replaced.The heating was a real problem and during our 16 night stay and lots of requests was never fixed coming on in the middle of the day when we were out and the middle of the night so never when we actually needed it.

What you say is surprising, because we only heard your request about the heating being too low for your liking at night. We were very responsive and increased the heating at your request. For the rest, we have not been informed of any other requests. We don't see any demand through the shelter platform Abritel itself. The important thing is that you have enjoyed the stay and the small gifts left on your arrival! Many thanks

Appartement joli et bien placé Accueil au top literie confortableAurait mérité 5 étoiles si eau chaude dans la douche et pas tiède ! (Parfaite dans lavabo et évier ?) et pour le fun pas de vrais bols pour le petit déjeuner

Bel appartement de style versaillais

Nous remercions chaleureusement José et Katia pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Dès notre arrivée, grâce à l’ambiance et à la décoration de l’appartement à la fois moderne et classique, avec quelques petites touches évoquant le château de Versailles, nous nous sommes mis immédiatement à l’heure versaillaise. L’appartement est très confortable, bien équipé, avec une qualité de literie irréprochable pour le lit comme pour le canapé lit. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié sa situation dans une rue piétonne avec des commerces de qualité, au pied du château et à 5 mn à pied de la gare rive gauche, ce qui nous a permis de nous rendre tranquillement à la Tour Eiffel puis au musée d’Orsay. Un pied à terre idéal. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
