Modern holiday home located in a quiet area. The beach is within walking distance. IDEAL FOR GOING SWIMMING with CHILDREN as it is a LAGOON.
Ground floor: Living room with open kitchen / bedroom with bathroom (sink, shower + toilet). Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms with terrace / bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Unheated swimming pool and living room. Terrace with barbecue + small electric plancha - (no WI-FI at home but 2 SMART TVs) Possibility of free wi-fi at the café of SALIR DO PORTO.
Several restaurants are 5mm from the house on foot - there is the train station in Salir do Porto, 550m from the mini-mercado, the bar with bread depot - 850m from the restaurant "naco na pedra" and the "nascer do sol". 950m from the sandy beach "praia/beach Salir do porto" with its pretty sand dune.

Spacious contemporary property

This is a contemporary house, very clean and well equipped. The lady who met us at the property was very pleasant and showed us round. It's a 3 bedroomed house, one downstairs and two up. It was assumed that we would only need the downstairs double bedroom which ok was correct, but, I was told that we could of course use the other bedrooms if we wanted. If we had needed to the beds weren't made up and there wasn't any other bed linen in the wardrobes! There were good loungers by the pool but they were very hard and would have been a lot more comfortable with cushions. There is building work going on at the back of the property overlooking the pool which didn't make the area feel that comfortable. No implements for the bbq...but there are now! We weren't familiar with the locality and a few brochures about the area and restaurants would have been very helpful. As there isn't any wifi it isn't always easy to find out for yourself. That all said, it is a very nice property and very spacious for 6 people. Comments made are meant to be helpful.

quartier tres tranquille en ce mois de mai. equipement complet procedure a l'arrivée et au depart rapide et efficace rien a redire

Mooie woning in fijne omgeving

En mooi, nieuw en net huis. Bbq aanwezig en een fijn zwembad. Betreft een hoekwoning, dus hierdoor een ruim gevoel en veel uitzicht.
