Not worth the price

In short, this place is poorly kept. Everything needs updated. From cookware to mattresses to washer and furnishings. When we arrived the place had no TP or paper towels, only one garbage bag . There were ants all throughout both sides. When we told the hostess she replied that this is a normal thing for homes in South Florida(really?). Also, had neighbors parking in the driveway and sit in the car while we were there. Not sure why but made us feel like something might happen at anytime. Would not recommend renting anytime soon. Property needs attention, some TLC!!

Lots of space

We rented this duplex for our son's wedding in Boca Raton. We had family members coming from all over the world! It was nice that the singles or couples could each have their own room and no one felt crowded or had to share spaces. We were able to "hang out" and visit either side quite easily. The kitchens on both sides were adequately furnished, including some food and paper products, laundry detergent, and toiletries in the bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer in both units. This is a "no frills" rental that provided a comfortable place for our large group to stay. There is plenty of parking and the neighborhood is quiet. The owner is very responsive and responded right away and had a repair man at the house in 2 hours to check the problem. Check-in and check- out were very simple.

Excellent stay

The property was nice, clean and spacious for the amount of people that stayed. The property owners were great when we had an issue. Everything was wonderful.
