Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
◘Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.

Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.

Planning to bring your own boat? We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.

Water levels on Lake Norman can fluctuate daily and are outside of our control.
Note: Your safety matters. There is a ring doorbell security camera located next to the front door facing out along with a camera facing the back entry basement door. They do not look into any interior spaces.

Our stay was great, we brought our boat and the dock area and outside area overall was beautiful and a great place to hangout. Beautiful views of the lake from the house and dock area.

Absolutely wonderful property and surprisingly spacious! The sunrise views of the lake are perfect! The outdoor spaces are perfect for all sorts of family vacation activities! The dock area and waterways are very easy to navigate by boat The house was well maintained and very clean. The host was very prompt and responsive! Highly recommend!!

Great Stay at Sun Kissed Cove

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was close to grocery store and the cove was great for swimming and kayaking. We brought our boat and kept it at the dock. We also enjoyed the covered bar at the dock to get out of the sun. The house was very clean, beds comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

Family get together

This rental was perfect for my family who traveled from 3 parts of the country to be together. We wanted a relaxing trip on a lake and this house was perfect. The dock was the key to our stay! Aside from boating on the lake we never left the house!

Everything was great. Great location, clean, relaxing. I would suggest 2 large trash receptacles as we arrived the day the trash was picked up and left before the following pickup so our trash was too full for just one receptacle. Nothing negative to say and can’t wait to come back!

Nice spot

We rented this house for Labor Day weekend and had a great time! The backyard and dock area is what makes this place. There was plenty to do for the kids and adults. Only downside- tv at dock didn’t work and basement needs some updating. Other than that, it was great! Lots of rafts are supplied and life jackets, which was super nice

Family Getaway

The property was spacious and there were plenty of cooking implements available to make just about anything you would want. The only downside was that the water did not get very hot. Since it was getting a bit cooler outside it would have been nice if the water heater was turned up. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Tournaments weekend

We booked the house for our biys lacrosse tournamnet weekend so after their games we could enjoy time on the lake . Although the weather was not the best we still were able to take our boat out to explore the lake with the kids. It was a great long weekend of relaxation and games ! Perfectly paired . The house had everything we needed and the communication with the management company was excellant!

Relaxation!!!

Wonderful, clean house with very comfortable beds. Kitchen is well-equipped and great to stay in and cook. Basement area was fun for kids, but needs a little TLC. Outdoor area was our favorite and we spent most of time out there. Do king our boat and jet skis was easy and we enjoyed swimming off of the dock. The patio area definitely needs a power wash and cushions could use a cleaning. But that’s just being picky!! We would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and accurately represented on the site. There are plenty of beach towels and the starter package was great! The coffee machine during our stay was a Kuerig with both the k-cup and full pot brew feature. There is a Publix within a few minutes away for all your needs. We all had a great time in the evenings with the throw-back Wii - bowling and playing tennis. Watch the 4th step down going into the water as it could use being replaced. The door to storage could you a lock/latch. We almost lost grandma down those stairs when she leaned against "the wall" to catch her breath not knowing it was a door. Overall - would recommend.

family getaway

Overall, the house was nice.it fit 8 adults and one teenager very comfortably. We ate in quite a bit and had plenty of room and amenities. we spent most of our time in the yard, on the dock and in the water. liked the fact that there was not a lot of boat traffic in the cove. Quiet. good for kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. Water in main bath and dishwasher a little sulfur smelling so limited their use. it was a nice place to spend with family!

Great property and location

The house was very beautifully updated with a great downstairs area for the kids. It had movies and video games available with the extra fridge downstairs which was very convenient. The location was very convenient to grocery, restaurants etc. The cove was large but not a lot of traffic which made swimming at the dock super fun and relaxing. They had a few floats and outdoor games available, floating mat and lots of life jackets. The house itself was very clean but I gave it 4 stars because of the dock and patio area. The dock had a table and chairs and bar area with a mini fridge which was great but the area was really dirty. I would recommend a wipe down (or power wash) whenever someone leaves just to keep up with it. because we ended up not really using it. Extra beach towels would be good too since the house sleeps so many (provided 4 beach towels) and additional tupperware and large plastic bowls, cups. Overall, the trip was successful and lots of memories were made. We would stay here again if in the area. Thank you!

WHAT A GREAT HOUSE

WHEN YOU PULL UP TO THE HOUSE IT IS SO CUTE, THEN YOU GET INSIDE AND IT IS BIG. PLENTY OF ROOM FOR ME AND ALL MY FRIENDS. THE HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE LAKE WAS A PERFECT GETAWAY. SO RELAXING, WILL BE COMING BACK WITH MY FAMILY FOR SURE.

Sun kissed cove Lake Norman was peaceful and amazing!

The house was exactly as pictured and it was on a quiet cove which allowed us to enjoy all the outdoor activities as a family. The private dock was amazing! There were games provided and water equipment (fully stocked with all kinds of ways for everyone to enjoy their stay!) I can’t thank you enough for sharing your home with us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had just enough to allow us to cook at the house. This was a great place to stay and made our trip really memorable.

Great Stay

This is an excellent property for a stay at Lake Norman. Everything was as advertised in the listing. The living room and kitchen exceeded our expectations from the photos. The outside spaces were fabulous. We spend most of our time on the deck facing the lake and the covered space on the dock.

Overall really great stay. Cleanliness could have been a little better as some areas of the house like the bathroom showers and floors could have used a little more TLC. The downstairs shower didn’t appear to be cleaned at all. Other than that we enjoyed our selves and would definitely recommend!
