In the southern Ardèche, two modern, functional, and bright holiday villas, each accommodating 6–8 people.

In the charming little historic village of Ribes, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards and shaded by chestnut trees. Located at the confluence of two rivers (the Beaume and the Drobie), with swimming spots just a 10-minute walk, 2-minute drive, or 2-minute bike ride away. Quiet, natural setting; 1,800 m² property.

Large panoramic swimming pool with views of the countryside (7x7 square), large 120 m² wooden deck (shared by both villas), alarm system, lounge chairs, and recliners. Covered terrace of 37 m². Shops 4 km away, 3 weekly markets 4 km away, plus 2 night markets. The Chauvet Cave is 40 minutes away; the Ardèche River gorges and the Pont d'Arc are 30 minutes away. Several historic villages nearby: Balazuc, Vogue, Labeaume, Noves. Adventure courses, via ferrata, canoeing, rafting, etc., 20 minutes away. Option to rent a second identical villa if you're travelling in a large group, plus two bedrooms with a bathroom (10 metres away). Separate bathroom, well-equipped built-in kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher, and reversible air conditioning in all rooms. Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning included in the price (70 euros). Mushrooms and chestnuts in season. Magnificent motorcycle rides (the owners are motorcyclists). Large trampoline, bocce court. 2 bedrooms with 160-size beds (high-quality bedding), a loft with 90-size bunk beds, and a sofa bed. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday; check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM—weekly rentals only during the summer season. Household linens (sheets, bath towels) available for rent at an additional cost upon request. Free baby kit.

Strictly no smoking inside the villas or on the pool deck.
