Hello, there! We are so excited you are interested in renting out home. It is extremely well loved and well taken care of. We have recently renovated the entire yard (front, back, and sides).

- Open Floor Plan w/ an inviting kitchen
- Magical wrap around porch that views the recently landscaped yard, garden, and relaxing fountain
- Guests describe this home as "magical" and "my favorite home of all time". Everyone's favorite part is the wrap porch and the yard with all the tropical palms and sting lights.
- Our home's historic name is the "Coleman Cottage"
- All furniture is from the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center (Brice LTD), Celadon, GDC home, or Smythe Interiors
- Living room has a large TV and can sit 8 people (two sofas, two chairs, one floor cushion)
- 7ft dining table is underneath the most gorgeous quartz crystal chandelier. Sure to make your meals 10x more enjoyable!
- Family room has a TV, a sofa, and a chair. Half bath is right down the hall.
- Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need
- Kitchen Nook has a long double layered floor pillow, perfect for morning coffee or reading
- Master bedroom is downstairs. King bed
- Master bathroom has two sinks, one shower, and one jacuzzi tub
- Second bedroom is upstairs and has a queen bed
- Full bath is upstairs with a shower
- Third bedroom is upstairs with a twin bed

This home is everything South Carolina

Gorgeous historical cottage with a wrap around porch. We spent a month here and felt at home within minutes of checking in. Stylish, close to everything, and a southern porch that is like a spiritual experience. The owner lovely and responsive.

Neighborhood gem

This property was everything I had hoped it would be and more. Beautiful home, comfortable with a gorgeous property as well. The owner was absolutely fantastic! She was readily available whenever anything came up and accommodating with schedule adjustments. The surrounding neighborhood was adorable, great for walking and many restaurants close by as well. Highly recommend it and would stay again without a doubt!
