A charming cottage located in the heart of Shem Creek just over the bridge in Mt. Pleasant. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms each with queen size beds and one bathroom. Living area opens into the kitchen with a dining table for four and coastal chic decor. Enjoy the spacious yard while dining al fresco or walk to one of the great restaurants near by. Located a block from the waters of Shem Creek and you can rent kayaks and paddle boards right at the waters edge. In a 4 block radius there are 18 restaurants and bars, 2 coffee shops, a beverage super store, a farmers market, and 2 antique malls. The heart of downtown Charleston is a 12 minute drive and the beach at Sullivan's Island is 3 miles away. The Historic district of the Old Village is walking distance and offers many beautiful antebellum homes, several nice shops and a first class restaurant. I am semi retired from the medical business and my wife is a nurse at MUSC. We own several properties next door and are big fans of this area. We have one son and live in the old village in Mt Pleasant. In fact our home is only 4 blocks away from this property. Though we have recently acquired this property it is our goal to provide the best experience possible for your stay. The previous owner has done a fantastic job renovating and setting the tone of happy clients for the last 3 years. We plan to carry on that same level of service in hopes that you return for many more visits to our wonderful city.

You cannot get a better location than this one. A private house one block from Shem Creek. The beaches are close, the heart of Charleston is a 12 minute drive and inside of 3 blocks are coffee shops, restaurants, a beverage super store, antique malls and more. All this and a very nice private property with outdoor living space.
