Close to both Canyon Lodge and the Village, our remodeled unit is well-appointed and loaded with all the amenities you'd expect in your own personal vacation home, while still maintaining that nostalgic "cabin" ambiance. Our cabin/condo is located in the highly-desired Mountainback, one of the best maintained complexes in Mammoth, which is only 1/8 mile from Canyon Lodge, 3/4 mile from the Village, and few steps away from the free shuttle stop. It also includes underground parking!
The unit has 2 bedrooms + loft (bunk room), 3 full bathrooms, and sleeps 8 people comfortably; but up to 10 people with the use of the queen sleeper sofa in the Den. This is an upstairs corner unit with 1600 sqft of living space and soaring 25ft ceilings.
NOTE: we do not allow animals of any kind (including service and emotional support animals) due to severe allergies. Please contact us if you have any questions about animals.
The kitchen includes all the amenities and condiments needed to make those home-cooked meals. The Den is stocked with board games and Nintendo for the kids, and the living room offers a relaxing place to unwind in front of the fireplace while watching your favorite movies on the 65" 4K TV. At the end of the night, snuggle up in the premium bedding for a restful night sleep!

PARKING & ACCESS:
(1) assigned spot, 6 additional guest spots available on first come first served basis. 7ft height limit in garage.
(NOTE: there are 2.5 flights of stairs up to the unit, no elevator)
UNIT DETAILS:
- Top floor corner unit w/ only 1 shared wall, so very quiet and private.
- High speed internet and WiFi throughout unit - 250mbps
- Year-around Jacuzzis located around the complex with one just below the unit that’s open Summer and Winter only. Check with host for details regarding hours and availability.
- Seasonal heated pool located a short walk down to the main building. The pool is open late spring to early fall, pending weather conditions. Check with host for more details.
- Bike storage racks in garage.

BEDROOM 1 (Primary Bedroom):
Located just off the entry way. (1) king bed and 40" flatscreen TV with cable and Roku. Private en-suite bath with large shower and ceiling heater. Separate vanity area open to the bedroom. Closet storage available with hangers and luggage rack. Electrical outlets w/ USB ports.
BEDROOM 2:
Located outside the main living room/dining. (1) queen bed and 50" TV w/ cable and Roku. Full bath located just outside bedroom. Electrical outlets w/ USB ports.
UPPER LOFT:
Located above kitchen and laundry, OPEN TO LIVING ROOM BELOW. Includes (2) sets of twin bunk beds ideally suited for kids or teens, but can accommodate adults under 200lbs per bed. Full ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo.
DEN:
Open to living room. Pull-out queen sofa bed. 40” Roku Smart TV with Nintendo NES game system w/ 700 games, and tons of card and board games located in the storage ottoman.
LIVING ROOM:
Plush sofa, (2) swivel chairs, 65" 4K smart TV, and desk/work station.
DINING AREA:
Seating for 8.
KITCHEN:
Samsung refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, oven with range, trash compactor, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, blender, stocked spices, salt and pepper, olive oil, etc. Bar counter has seating for 6.
ENTRY/MUD ROOM:
Coat and ski gear storage and ski/board bin.
