The beautiful and quiet apartment is situated at the University Clinic in an upscale residential area of ​​Cologne, located close to the center.

On either side are the Dürener Straße and Zülpicher Straße two shopping streets with all the shops for daily needs, bars and restaurants.

The bus stop to the center (10 minutes drive) is just 100 meters away.

Equipment

The apartment of 80 m² living space is located in. 1 Floor of an apartment building and can accommodate up to four guests. It consists of a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, hallway, bathroom with shower and bathtub, guest toilet and a 20 m² large covered, sunny balcony. The apartment is completely covered with parquet or quality tiles.

The apartment has its own parking space in front of the house.

The apartment is located in a purely residential area. A considerate behavior with its neighbors should be understood. With this in mind, we ask that the siesta and the night's rest of 22 clock until 7 30 Clock. All brought or existing electrical appliances may only be operated in moderate volume.

No parties allowed us, out of consideration for our nice neighbors.

It can stay in the house only the persons registered.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, so in all bedrooms, living rooms and hallways. On the covered balcony smoking is allowed. There also ashtrays available.

Pets are not allowed.

Please enter your keys in a safe place eight. If you lose the keys to the tenant is liable up to the amount of the replacement cost (locking).

A security deposit of Euro 150,00 is to be paid in cash. The amount will be paid back on departure.

The landlord is not liable for valuables of the tenant.
I live very close to the apartment and am quick for my guests there when I'm needed.

Do not hesitate to reserve this apartment! It is situated on a quiet street near everything you need for a your stay: restaurants, grocery stores, cafe’s, bakeries and shopping. The apartment is beautifully appointed and so comfortable: the kitchen is fully stocked and well appointed, the beds/bedrooms are so comfortable and the outdoor patio is divine! Lillia is the most gracious and attentive hostess tending to and even anticipating your needs. We are so sad to leave and will anxiously await our next visit!

Light Years Anove the Rest

After staying in multiple VRBOs during our travels, I would rate Lilia’s apartment as the best! Amazing Flat Close to Town

This was the best flat I have ever rented for a vacation! The location is central, super clean, very comfortable beds and the whole apartment was thoughtfully appointed with everything you could ever want. Perfect Home Base for Colon Trips

The Apartment was the perfect Base for your Trips in and around Colon. A Bakery and a small Grocery Store are in walking distance. Reaching Downtown by bus and U-Bahn was not an issue at all. The next bus stop is just round the corner. We really enjoyed the time in Colon and in the apartment.

Another Fantastic Stay in Lindenthal!

We stayed in this apartment last spring, and liked it so much that we booked it for a longer stay this year. The apartment, location and communication with the host was perfect; we honestly can't find a single flaw. The apartment is clean and thoughtfully and thoroughly appointed. Public transportation, groceries, shops, playgrounds and parks are all within walking distance. We will most likely try to book Lilia's charming apartment again next year!

I would give this property 10 stars if I could! The apartment itself is absolutely great. A full 2 bedrooms, each with lots of clothes storage and very comfortable beds/bedding. There was a big, very useful map on the wall that Lilia took the time to explain so we would know where the grocery stores, bakeries, transit stops, and restaurants were. The neighbourhood was highly walkable, transit around the corner and a main street 3 blocks away. The apartment was fully stocked with everything one could want, and the kitchen is a cook’s dream. Everything was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony was a stand out! Highly recommended!!

Lilia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin die ihre Wohnung mit viel Liebe eingerichtet hat. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft

In der Wohnung ist alles perfekt. Die Betten, die Bettwäsche, die Möbel (inklusive Badezimmer-, Küchen- und Terrassenmöbel), die Küchengeräte, alles ist von ausgezeichneter Qualität und extrem gut gepflegt. Man fragt sich, wie das bei der Vielfalt der Benutzer möglich ist. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen aufmerksam und großzügig. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig, mit einem Bus, der sehr häufig und direkt ins Zentrum fährt. Die Möglichkeit, den Privatparkplatz zu benutzen, war für uns auch sehr praktisch.
