Plein centre d’Avignon 1er et 2ème étages (sans ascenseur), spacieux 80m2 avec grande terrasse.

Située à deux minutes de marche du palais des papes, cet appartement se niche au coeur du quartier le plus ancien de la cité papale.

Récemment rénovée et lumineux. Propose toutes commodités et équipements pour 4 personnes.

Les invités pourront prendre leur repas autour de la table à manger, Un coin salon avec canapé, fauteuil et assises vous permettra de vous relaxer face à la télévision.

La cuisine est équipée d'un lave-vaisselle, plaque vitrocéramique, four combiné grill, grille-pain, cafetière, bouilloire, couverts et assiettes, tasses, casseroles, etc.

Charming and Stylish

This property is lovely, fully redecorated with care and taste. You do need to be comfortable with stairs, but the two levels in the apartment add charm. Located very close to significant attractions and a variety of shopping, it is also very quiet and the terrace is delightful. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was clean, quiet, and well equipped. The stairs are a challenge but most apartments in the old part of town are likely the same.

Excellent apartment with great location

This was a great apartment that we thoroughly enjoyed. The deck was a nice place to have a drink at the end of the day. Quality appliances in the kitchen allowed us to cook some great meals. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Street noise can be a bit loud at night but is ok if you close you windows and use the AC. Franck made check in easy. Parking was a 10 minute walk away, free and easy to get in and out of for day trips. It was a great experience

Autumn on Avignon

My wife was attending a workshop at the university, and I came along to keep her company and to look round during the day. The accommodation was perfect for this, being centrally located, yet on a quiet street. The apartment was perfectly clean, comfortably furnished with well equipped kitchen. Best of all was a rooftop balcony, ideal for the unusually hot October weather. All the main sights are within easy walking distance, as is a bus route service the TGV station. Each of the three restaurants we atecst was under 5 minutes walk, all of them good. Overall, we would be happy to stay again and would strongly recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy Avignon.

Je ne peux etre plus explicite, indiqué dans la première ligne de l'annonce : Plein centre d’Avignon 1er et 2ème étages (sans ascenseur). Les meubles du salon ne vous conviennent pas, cela est différent que de dire "inconfortable"
