Between sea, forest and marshes, in the heart of the village of Mathes, 5km from the beaches and the centre of La Palmyre. Large house of 200m2 + outbuilding of 30 m2, which can accommodate up to 13 people.

The house is composed of 3 double bedrooms (2 of which each have a private shower room), a children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) and a third bathroom. Outside, the terrace (veranda side) overlooks a wooded plot and a beautiful heated swimming pool (from May to September) and secured (electric shutter).

The 1200 m2 plot is fully fenced, so vehicles can be parked there and children can have fun in complete safety. The large parking space also offers the possibility of playing petanque.
