1 double bedroom in 160cm for 2 people with duvet and an adjoining bathroom with shower, sink and toilet -
1 double bedroom in 140cm for 2 people with duvet -
1 bedroom with double bed in 140cm and 1 bed of 1 person with duvets -

ENERGY CHARGES INCLUDED. Parking spaces. Bicycles and kayaks (1 double and 1 single) provided free of charge. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Electric heating. Washing machine. Dryer. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, deposit by bank card and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August, other periods: week.

Ideally located, white sandy beach at 370m, access to the path of customs GR34. Halfway between Trégastel and Trébeurden, this rental will also allow you to discover the Côte de Granit Rose.

Excellent emplacement

Maison bien équipée et spatieuce , idéalement située . On deplorera simplement la présence de vieux morceaux de savon , brosses à dents et vieilles éponges sur les lavabos et le niveau de propreté qui laisse à désirer pour une location à ce prix

Litige avec l’agence Le Guillouzer Immobilier

La clef du portail a cassé sans que nous ayons forcé. Après l’intervention du serrurier, l’agence n’a pas reconnu la vétusté, et nous a facturé le changement. La communication avec l’agence a été compliquée et nous laisse un goût amer compte tenu du coût de la location.

Nous faisons suite à votre retour et nous nous permettons de préciser que le serrurier n'a constaté aucune vétusté. Comme chez soi, quand on casse, on paye la réparation. Surtout que la propriétaire a pris à sa charge la moitié de la réparation ! Bien cdlt . Le service des locations vacances LE GUILLOUZER IMMOBILIER
