About this property

The rustic holiday home on the sunny slope

Küblis in the beautiful Prättigau is the starting point for many summer and winter activities. In summer ideal for hiking, biking, trips by car, post bus or train. In winter, the ski areas of Klosters and Davos are at the door. Our house is just as good for just relaxing and doing nothing. On the garden seat you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Prättigau mountains.

Küblis is part of the tourism destination Davos / Klosters and offers many attractive advantages with the guest card.

The house Stutz is a semi-detached house and is located on the sunny slope above Küblis (804 m), about 800 m from the village center. The part of the house on the left offers 3 bedrooms, one with separate access via the shared staircase. The train station is about 1200m away. In summer you can reach the house directly by car and there are two parking spaces available. The steep driveway is not suitable for vans or buses. In winter there is parking in the village and the house can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in idealer Skitouren Lage

Wir haben die Woche in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Ist alles vorhanden was für einen erfolgreichen Urlaub gebraucht wird. Den Abend verbringt man vor heimeligem Kachelofen.

Prima vakantie gehad in dit huis met keurige basis uitrusting, wij hadden een ontspannen week in Maart. Wel raadzaam om eigen 2 persoonsdekbed mee te nemen indien u dat gewend bent.

Perfect place for large family

Herr Saxer has a great mountain home. The location was perfect. The house was very charming on the inside. He helped transport our luggage up the hillside. He was available for advice if we needed help with touring the area. Hope to stay there again!

Wunderschöne Hütte für Gruppen, toller Ausgangspunkt für Bergtouren aller Art!

Selbst mit neun Personen (und sicherlich auch mit zehn) kommt in dieser Hütte kein Gefühl der Enge auf! Sie ist wunderschön und umfangreich eingerichtet und liegt, die Bushaltestelle nur gefühlte fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (ein mal den Berg runter), sehr gut gelegen zwischen St.Antönien (--> Einstieg zu vielen Rätikon-Gipfeln) und Klosters (--> Silvretta) und hat mit den "Hausgipfeln" Madrisa und Weissfluh auch ohne Busfahrt viel zu bieten. Für Leute, die Bergaktivität etwas abseits des Skizirkus suchen ist sie daher absolut zu empfehlen! Geheimtipp: Das Skigebiet "Heuberge", zu erreichen von Fideris mit dem Shuttlebus. Hier kann man recht schneesicher (sogar in diesem Winter!) auf Naturschnee sehr schöne Touren gehen. Einzige Herausforderung: Für nicht-bergerfahrene Fahrer ist die Straße zur Hütte eine Herausforderung für Mensch& Maschine. Zum Glück muss diese nur zum Be- und Entladen befahren werden, da die Autos über den Aufenthalt bequem etwas unterhalb der Hütte geparkt werden können! Alles in Allem: Wir kommen wieder!
