About this property

GREAT VALUE! The perfect cabin in the woods, 15 minutes away from Deep Creek.

Welcome to Fern Hill Cabin with a spacious living room, kitchen, a cozy loft with a queen bed and futon and private bedroom with a queen bed. On the first floor there's a full bath and on the second floor a 1/2 bath. You'll love spending time on the screened porch or just relaxing around the campfire. A short drive will get you to all the great spots the Deep Creek area has to offer. Please be advised a 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is needed for the winter months. My recommendation is from Nov. 1 to Apr. 15. Roads are plowed but the area can receive several inches of snow at any one time. Please be advised we provide no towels or linens for beds. Please bring your towels, sheets and pillowcases for queen beds (king size sheets would also work).

The cabin in the woods was exactly as advertised. A very well kept, secluded property away from the hustle. We very much enjoyed the close proximity to Deep Creek and the surrounding areas. Friendsville is a great little town to visit also. We need a break and this weekend have it to us.

Beautiful location

The cabin was clean, cozy and well stocked. It rained for most of our trip and we hung out on the screened in porch just taking in the beautiful scenery and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely book again.
