Our large 5BR Lake House sleeps up to 12 and is just a mile from Geneva-on-the-Lake`s famous `Strip` of fun activities & dining. GOTL (has been a quiet vacation village for decades; locals love sharing the fun & beauty of the lake and the family restaurants that have been staples of the community for years. We have tons of space for sharing time together both indoors and out, including direct lake access with a shared deck, ample parking, grill, horeshoes & fire pit and great Wi-Fi!

The entire home, yard and deeded lake access are yours to enjoy!

Our home has five bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a large open plan living, dining and kitchen space, and playroom (plus laundry). Smart TVs, comfortable furniture, carpeted bedrooms and thoughtful amenities like games make this a wonderful place to visit with family or friends. Outdoors you`ll find ample parking, beautiful green space for games, horseshoes, a fire pit, grill and shared lake access with a deck perfect for enjoying the lake views! We have plenty of parking for your group.

We`re just a mile from `The Strip` - no big lights like Vegas, the strip in Geneva-on-the-Lake is a section of State Route 531 that`s home to long time family businesses, restaurants and attractions and has been popular with tourists for ages. Run by locals to be shared with visitors, you can get an old-timey 1950`s dining experience, explore the activities, or find special souvenirs of your time here!

The property is equipped with high speed internet and a very high quality router giving you exceptional WiFi service throughout the entire property. Rooms are equipped with a 43” Samsung Smart TV. The home is equipped with central air conditioning and forced air heating. Like much of GOTL, we have lake erosion to contend with, so while we have great shared access to the lake just steps from the door, we do not have a sandy beach.

We had a great time. The house is beautiful and very clean. The deck area is perfect for sitting at the Lake. They had towels in every room, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower, toilet paper, paper towels, so we didn't need to bring any of that stuff. We loved the arcade games. It was nice to find a place that allowed our dogs. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This is a wonderful stay!! The host was so quick to respond to any questions we had and the house is exactly as described! It is a very convenient and close location to the town and very close to all the different wineries. It even has a beautiful view of the lake for which the waves can be heard crashing on the rocks from the master bedroom! We would definitely stay here again!

Such a cute place to stay!! Great views! Easy to get to and park! Chase was so nice and check in and check out was one of the easiest things to do!! Loved it, had a great time and it fits so many guests! Great kitchen! Highly recommend for any group wanting to go to Geneva on the lake!

Great space for a family

We had a wonderful time at Chase's property. The game room with the video games was an added bonus. The teenagers spent most of their time in that room. The bunk beds and 5 bedrooms made it a perfect place for kids and adults.The only draw back is that there's only one shower, but with a little scheduling it wasn't really a problem. We'd definitely stay there again!

A wonderful stay in Geneva On The Lake!

We spent a beautiful long weekend in this warm inviting and house on the shores of Lake Erie. The comfortable beds and spacious kitchen were an especially noteworthy feature of this well equipped rental, and made for a very relaxing visit. We were very happy to find a house in Geneva that allowed our dogs to join us on this trip! We enjoyed exploring Ashtabula County with the beautiful fall colors, and gorgeous sunsets on the lake every night! Thank you for a wonderful visit, we can't wait to come back!

Great Place for Friends Vacation

Great place to stay, great location. Kitchen was fully stocked. Loved all the bedrooms and plenty of space for people to gather but also have their separate space. Only minor complaint is I wish the place had an actual coffee maker, instead of a Keurig for a house that holds such a large group. If necessary, can purchase one at the local Dollar Generals. Would highly recommend the place and will definitely be back.

Amazing girls’ weekend

This property was perfect for our girls’ weekend. It had plenty of space to spread out for 8 people. We had one minor request for our host while we were there, and he responded immediately, resolving our “problem” in a matter of hours. We were all very impressed with his responsiveness to looking out for his guests’ comfort. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great vacation get away

Our time at the lake was the best thanks to Chase. He is communicative and responsive. The home was just as described and more. There is everything there that you need and the Welcome basket brought a smile. We really enjoyed the game room on our down time. We loved sitting in front yard and looking at the lake. Absolutely Amazing!!

I’ll start by saying, I booked this property for a girls weekend and had 11 women!! This house was so perfect. It was very clean, plenty of space for all of us, every single person was raving about this property. The location is perfect. It is so close to the wineries and anything f you’d want to do. Communication with the property owner was the best I’ve ever experienced, he was so nice and helpful. Check in and out we’re very easy. I highly recommend!!! My group could not say enough great things about this property. Will definitely be back for our girls trip next year.

Cousin's vacation

Every year I take my four grandchildren for a short vacation over Labor Day. They all used to get together at my house for some holidays and now that they are older and on their own, they don't get a chance to interact with each other. So, a couple of years ago I found Vrbo and decided to get everyone together. Since they live in different states, I try to find places close to each one. Great family gathering place

Our group of eleven came from all directions to meet up for a 5-day family vacation on Lake Erie. We truly enjoyed our stay. During a very hot summer, the cool lake breeze and the shady yard left us relaxed and refreshed. We cooked on the grill, played horseshoes, and made s'mores in the firepit. The rooms and living space were very comfortable. We ate-in for most of our meals - plenty of pots and pans and utensils in the kitchen. While the older members of our group hiked or reminisced, the youngers headed to the GOTL strip for livelier action. We all came together each evening to watch the sunset across the lake. Our host quickly responded to our questions and requests - most notably when a nearby water main was cut and we lost all water supply. Jugs and bottles of water were promptly delivered. All of our group left smiling and revived.
