Kleiner Wanderurlaub

Wir hatten das Haus für einen kleinen Wanderurlaub für eine Woche mit vier Erwachsenen gemietet. Das Haus erstreckt sich über drei Stockwerke, KG, EG 1.OG. Im KG befindet sich ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit einer Toilette, großem Waschbecken und einer Doppeldusche. Waschmaschine steht im BZ. Weiterhin die Sauna mit Ruhebereich (zwei Gartenliegen). Hier befindet sich auch durch den Heizungskeller der Zugang zur Terrasse. Diese lässt sich mit den bereitgestellten Möbeln mit vier Personen gut nutzen, für sechs Personen zu klein. Im EG befindet sich die geräumige gut ausgestattete Küche mit ausreichend Kochutensilien, Geschirr und Besteck, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Davon abgehend ein weiteres geräumiges Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschbecken und guter Beleuchtung. Weiter befindet sich im EG ein SZ mit einem Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank. Im EG befindet sich auch eine separate Gästetoilette. Im Eingangsbereich ist ein weiterer TV-Platz eingerichtet. Im 1. OG befindet sich das WZ mit Sitzgarnitur und großem Flachbildschirm-TV, Ausblick auf die Gemeindealpe! Im zweiten SZ befindet sich ein Doppelbett sowie ein Etagenbett mit zwei Schlafplätzen, trotz Einbaukleiderschrank Ablagemöglichkeiten hier sehr eingeschränkt. Das Haus ist ordentlich und sauber, Handtücher waren in guter Qualität für vier Personen ausreichend vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist angenehm und problemlos. Das Haus und das Grundstück geben einen frisch modernisierten Eindruck, vieles wirkt neuwertig.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und problemlos. Das Haus ist ruhig (trotz der Mariazeller Bahn, fährt erst ab 09:00h bis zum frühen Abend), ordentlich und geräumig. Wir können das Haus für einen schönen Urlaub empfehlen!

Haus mit Sauna

Das Haus ist ausgezeichnet. Es ist geräumig, gemütlich und sauber. Es ist gut ausgestattet, man findet dort alles was man braucht. Im KG befindet sich eine schöne Sauna. Dort haben wir uns nach dem Skifahren immer sehr gut erholt. Das Skigebiet Mitterbach ist ca. 2 Autominuten entfernt. Die Eisenbahn hinter dem Haus stört überhaupt nicht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ich empfehle es sehr.

Völlig zufrieden!

Zustand und Ausstattung ließen uns keine Wünsche offen. Kompliment! Die am Haus vorbeiführende Bahnlinie ist völlig unkritisch, da sie nur ab ca. 9 Uhr bis ca. 19 Uhr zur Personenbeförderung genutzt wird. Die nächste Bahnstation (Mitterbach) ist keine 5 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt und man kommt mit der Mariazeller Bahn schnell in die Umgebung. Für Ausflüge hat uns auch die gute Lage des Objektes sehr gefallen.

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage nahe Bahnhof der Mariazeller Bahn und der Bergbahn auf die Gemeindealpe ist für Aktivitäten in der Natur optimal. Aus Küche und Wohnzimmer schöne Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Zum Erlaufsee (Baden!) läuft man 45 Min. oder fährt wenige Min. mit dem Auto. Kleiner Supermarkt mit Backwaren fußläufig. Die Bahnlinie an der Grundstücksgrenze stört überhaupt nicht (erster Zug gegen 8:45 Uhr, letzter kurz nach 19 Uhr). Der Vermieter wohnt nicht am Ort. Die Kommunikation läuft aber sehr freundlich, passgenau und problemlos. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt für einen tollen Urlaub empfehlen!

Schönes Haus, schöne Umgebung!

Schönes, sauberes und geräumiges Haus. Auch Regentage lassen sich hier dank der Sauna gut verbringen. Bei schönem Wetter ist eine Wanderung durch die Ötschergräben sehr zu empfehlen! Auch der nahe gelegene Erlaufsee ist toll.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Schönes, geräumiges Ferienhaus mit einem tollen Garten und Blick auf die Berge. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wanderungen können direkt von dort starten. Der Erlaufsee ist auch schnell mit dem Auto erreicht. Der Kontakt mit Herrn Anzinger war sehr angenehm und es hat alles prima geklappt.

Hier hat alles gepasst

Gerade während Corona-Zeiten zeigte sich bei uns eine einwandfreie Organisation, tolle serviceorientierte und durchgehende Betreuung durch den Vermieter. Wenn was zu klären war oder es Veranstaltungshinweise gab, erfolgte dies zeitnah per Telefon und/oder email. Es gab aber nichts Besonderes zu klären, da alles wie im Angebot stimmte. Das Objekt ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Nähe zu den Bergen und Seen für Wanderer und anderen Erholungsmöglichkeiten sehr gut. Es fährt zwar die „Himmelstreppe-Bahn“ in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber sie fährt nicht nachts und tagsüber nur 2x/Std. Kein Thema für uns gewesen. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten ein schönes langes Wochenende in dem gemütlichen, blitzsauberen, gut ausgestatteten Haus in wunderschöner Gegend. Den Wettersturz hielten wir dank der Sauna gut aus!

Wunderbares Ferienhaus und hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Wanderurlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche, Gartenmöbel, Feuerschale, Grill, etc...). Sogar Bademäntel und Decken für die Sauna sind vorhanden. Auf dem Grundstück haben wir Platz und Bäume für unsere Hängematte gefunden und konnten so sehr entspannt Gleitschirmflieger, Segelflieger und die Mariazellerbahn beobachten. Viele Wanderrouten sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich, so konnte unser Auto meist stehen bleiben. Sehr zu empfehlen: das fußläufig erreichbare Freibad in Mitterbach. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Sylvester in der Steiermark

Wir hatten ein paar sehr nette Tage in einem gemütlichen und sehr sauberem Haus. War mehr vorhanden als wir benötigten, sollten wir wieder etwas in der Steiermark suchen, kommen wir sicher wieder auf dieses Haus zurück.
