Located just behind the dunes this friendly holiday house on enclosed grounds right near the beach access.
Living room with sofa, fireplace, TV, dining area and access to two partly covered terraces. Separate fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms with double beds 1.40 m, one bedroom with double bed 1.60 m, 1 bedroom with twin beds. Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Supplementary shower room in the adjacent garage.
Distance to the beach is 200 m, to shops and restaurants 500 m.

location Cap Ferret du 07 au 13 juillet

la maison et le jardin sont très bien. la proximité de l’océan est un plus pour cette résidence. il faut prévoir un chariot pour faire les courses à pieds ou un vélo qui n'était pas à disposition avec la location. le prix très cher gâche un peu le plaisir.

couldn’t be placed better then this!

We’ve passed the 2 first weeks of July in this charming house, and I must say we miss it already. especially for the fact that it is so well situated. I cannot think of a better place in cap ferret, everything by foot, 2 mn from the beach without even crossing any street! The terrace war really comfortable and calm. I hope this house will be available next time we come to Cap Ferret
