The 200m2 Flocon du lac is located at the foot of the slopes and hiking trail of the Mauselaine.<br>Ideal for accommodating 8 adults and 5 children.<br><br>Price including: sheets and cleaning.<br>Electricity: 0,20€ /KWH<br>Weekend: 2 nights minimum: <br><br>Family chalet comprising three levels, with a "vintage contemporary" spirit, with all the comforts,<br>Private jacuzzi, table football, equipped kitchen (oven,<br>Microwave, toaster, dolce gusto coffee machine ..),ski room...<br>Access with a metal grating staircase, wooden railing, next to the private car park that can accommodate 5 cars,<br>with an exceptional view of Lake Gerardmer.<br><br>Mezzanine with 2 cabin beds (80 x 200), TV, which can be closed with curtains.<br>A Bedroom with 3 Single Beds (90x190) with 3 washbasins of different heights: all ages.<br>4 bedrooms with double bed (160 x200) including two master bedrooms: one with bathtub and the other with shower.<br><br>The chalet has 4 toilets on each floor, one of which is private.<br><br>The garden level has two bedrooms with access to the jacuzzi and garden with terrace, a large double sink bathroom with shower and its large dressing room.<br>A bright cathedral living room of 50 m2 with a table football, a table that can accommodate 14 people, next to a cosy sofa with its cushions, and its television on an easel.<br>The kitchen open to the living room of 20 m2 equipped with an American fridge and a wine cellar, where you can chat sitting around the central island in black flamed granite, looking at the lake, with access to the terrace with electric barbecue, garden furniture.<br>An entrance with sliding door coat rack, wardrobe and toilet.<br>A master bedroom next to the entrance, of 20 m2, with its shower and double sink.<br>Upstairs is a large mezzanine, cabin beds, relaxation with coffee table and "its poufs" and its two large bedrooms facing each other, one with its large freestanding bathtub, view of the lake.<br><br>An atmosphere intended to be "cocoon" to rest between children and adults.<br><br>We do not accept bachelor or hen nights.<br>All parties that could harm the cottages or the tranquility of our neighbors are prohibited.
