ENTERTAINMENT - The house is equipped with an 82" widescreen and Sonos sound system in the main living area. The garage has a great space to let kids loose with tv set-up and ping-pong. Several bedrooms have tvs as well. Indoor games, outdoor games and books will ensure guests have plenty of options on-hand.

REMOTE WORKABILITY - 3 desks, a pair of computer flatscreens and printer set-up provide closed-door locations to work with privacy from others.

2022 Family Fun

The house is beautifully renovated and is a short bike from the beach and a short drive from the Ocean course. Owners and property manager are very responsive to the needs of their guests. We had family there with many different desires from an activities perspective so we rented 9 bikes which were delivered by the resort and people were able to come and go as they pleased. The kitchen and supplies were big enough to feed that army too.

Spring Break in Kiawah

Our family spent a week during spring break at this amazing home. Our host, Jocee, was super helpful at every turn and made the process seamless from start to finish. The back deck gets sun all day and has beautiful views. Inside, the home is updated, modern and beautiful. We have been to Kiawah every year for the last ten years and this home was one of our favorites, highly recommend.
