In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 10, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers four bedrooms and bathrooms, a private pool and screened porch, and golf course views. The home is approximately a 10-minute walk to the beach.

The residence boasts an open layout for its primary areas. In the living room, you'll find ample seating, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to the rear deck and pool area. Connecting the living room and kitchen is the dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a central island and generous counter space. A second living room with flat-screen TV sits just off the kitchen. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate shower, and access to the screened porch. Completing the main floor are a laundry room and a half bathroom. Head upstairs to discover the additional bedrooms. On the left side of the staircase is a bedroom with a king bed and its own bathroom with a standalone shower. On the right side and down the hallway is a bedroom with two queen beds and access to a shared bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination. Further down the hall, you'll find an open area featuring twin-over-full bunk beds, a loveseat, and a flat-screen TV. The last bedroom boasts a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower.

Outdoors, you can relax by the pool or on the screened porch, both offering views of the golf course.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 10' W x 18' L. The pool heater will be available for Fall 2025. The pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Contact us directly to add pool heating to your reservation.
