New Years Eve

Property was very nice! Great location! Enjoyed walking to all the places close by including to Pier Park and New Years Eve celebration.

Very noisy

Although the condo was nice, we were on the 2nd floor which was directly across from the local karaoke bar. Heard that and street noise all night. The leaf blower going off at 5:00 every morning was an added blessing. The resort's elevator was also under construction so we had to cross traffic to get to our cars. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet stay on the beach, this is not it. Definitely not worth the money we paid for it. Will not stay at this resort again.

Great time at Aqua

We had a Great time. Just couldn’t get the unit under 78 degrees during our stay. Besides from that we had a good stay.

Family Fun

Our family enjoyed the location. Beach access was easy. It was a nice walk to Pier Park and convenient for a Walmart pick up.

Awesome !!!

The condo was everything it stated: clean, spacious, easily accessible to many attractions. There was plenty of room for everyone when it came to eating and hanging out inside. Being on the second floor the dedicated elevator was wonderful and we never had to wait. We noticed there wasn’t an extra set of sheets for the pullout couch, however we had brought a blanket from home and were able to make it work (we didn’t feel the need to reach out). I think we tried everything at the Aqua including the workout facility, steam room, hot tub, pools and especially the beach chairs that were included with the room rental (thank you). The distance to Pier Park was an easy walk and with a large group it’s nice that we could go shopping and/or eat out without needing a car to get around. We also walked around the corner to Swampy Jack’s and rode go-karts, swings and the swamp ape ride. The condo was great. It lives up to our every expectation and is in a great location. We had a wonderful time and will stay here again.
