Only hiccup was upon arrival with door code. Everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner which was most appreciated. Loved the location of the unit. Efficiently furnished. Bed was comfortable. Unit was clean. Pleased with overall experience.

The condo was very nice and extremely clean. Little hiccup at check in, door code didnt work but owner was on it immediately sent me a new code. Had a few issues with the facility (not owners fault) - there are 3 pools and we only were only allowed to visit 2 of them and they kept 1 closed most of the week. They need to keep 1 pool for adults only. The beach chairs guys were very rude on day 1 - I was truly shocked at how 1 guy was talking to the guests - so bad that at first I thought it was a joke but he was not joking. The Guide book has a link to reserve your "condo included" chairs but it asked for a coupon code which I did not have. Maybe include that code on the guidebook so guests can reserve without having to go to the beach chairs guys. Overall, everything was great - very nice condo, very nice facility - easy to access restaurants, shops, bars, groceries.

I’m sorry you ran into limited pool access and rude beach-chair staff; those services are managed by the complex and vendors, but your comments are valid and I’ll share them with Calypso management so they’re aware (including your suggestion for an adults-only pool). Good call on the guidebook—we’ll update it to include the coupon code and reservation steps so guests don’t have to rely on the chair attendants. Appreciate you noting the easy access to restaurants, shops and groceries. Thanks again for the review and for staying with us.

This unit was in the absolute perfect location in the resort! Close access to elevators which made getting around the property very convenient. The unit was beautifully decorated. Lovely view from the balcony which we spent hours on just soaking up the sunshine. The vip parking and beach chairs included with this unit is a huge savings value. The property/resort was super clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall we loved this unit and would visit it again!

Great stay in PCB!

This unit was just as described. The cleanliness of the condo was on point they didn’t miss a thing as well as the resort itself. The location is great . The chairs and designated parking spot was an added bonus that i certainly appreciated. We have rented with Warren beach rentals before and will continue to use them in the future.

This rental was perfect for our family of four. The easy access to the pool in the beach were amazing. Second floor was the best way to go! The host was very responsive with any of our needs. Definitely would stay here again.

Convenient Location

We loved the location of this room. VIP parking was a huge plus. Then being able to take the stairs the entire trip saved us a lot of headache without having to wait for elevators. The room was nice also and clean when we arrived.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. We have 220 units and a full time staff of 32 people. Occasionally we have more calls than we do staff. We field calls for bookings, payments, check in, check out, additional services, lock outs, maintenance, owners questions, guest questions, what to do, where to go, can i check in early, what kind of coffee maker does it have, and about a million more questions. We take the time to patiently answer each guest, and then give everyone 100% of our undivided attention and answer their questions in full. SOMETIMES, our 6 phone lines get overwhelmed and we ask guests to leave a message and we call them back in the order we receive them. Sorry that was not to your liking. We do the best we can to take care of our guests.

Nice condo and walking distance to many restaurants and attractions

Condo was as described and we enjoyed the ease of being on the second floor with VIP reserved parking in the same building. Warren Beach Rentals was easy to deal with. Condo is close to Publix and Frank Brown ball fields. Walking distance to many restaurants.

July 4th - great fireworks show.

The parking spot directly across from the elevator was perfect and being on the 2nd floor made it very easy to access the pool and beach by walking down one flight of stairs instead of waiting on the elevator. The view was hindered by the palm trees, but it wasn’t a big deal to our crew.

Another perfect stay!

We have stayed at this exact condo for 3 years now, every summer! This is our favorite place to stay & only place we will stay. The convenience is like none other - from booking the condo, the reserved parking spot right by the elevators, from not having to get in your car to go find food or shopping - it's all walking distance. The condo is SO clean. The air conditioning is COLD. The view is BEAUTIFUL! We just checked out this past Friday & we already want to go back! There is NOTHING that we would change, everything was great as always!

It was easy booking, entering and exiting the property. I had a positive experience.

The communication was good though out the rental process. The only problem was that the water filter on the refrigerator expired and we could not get it replaced before checking out. Overall it was a positive experience and I will book the same place again next year.

Beautiful Condo, filled all our needs and more. Enjoyed the convenience of the 2nd floor. Only issue was fire alarms went off 9 times in the middle of the night. Returning next year. Well maintained complex.
