Modern house Casa Francina in Playa de Muro

Francina House is a townhouse with a swimming pool just a few meters from the most beautiful beach in Mallorca: Playa de Muro. It is a very quiet area, but it also has very good restaurants and supermarkets nearby.



The house has a private saltwater pool measuring 3m x 7m on a very well-maintained terrace, with an outdoor shower, 4 sun loungers and umbrellas to sunbathe or rest in the shade, barbecue and a beautiful furnished terrace with several tables and chairs to enjoy breakfasts, lunches and dinners outdoors.



In turn, the terrace is connected to the living room through two accesses with large windows that let in a lot of light and make the dining room a very pleasant place. Here you will find another large table and a sofa area to watch television with air conditioning. The kitchen, modern and with an American bar, is perfectly equipped.



One of the 4 bedrooms is located on the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace. The rest of the rooms are on the first floor, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. In total, the house has a bathroom with a shower on the first floor and two upstairs, one with a bathtub and another with a shower. All bedrooms have a double bed. In addition to bath towels, they have pool towels for all guests.

For winter, they will have portable electric heaters. Additionally, in the garage, they can enjoy a magnificent ping pong table.

- die Lage war toll, sehr ruhig aber Fußläufig alles zu erreichen in ca 15min - schönes Haus, könnte aber deutlich besser gepflegt werden (Austausch mancher Möbelstücke - tolle Außenanlage - viele Handtücher auch für den Pool vorhanden - die Küchenausstattung, da könnte man wirklich mit kleinem Geld Sachen erneuern die es einem deutlich einfacher machen - nicht zu verbessern aber sehr hellhörig

Wir lieben die Lage des Hauses! Zu jeder Zeit hat man Sonne. Ruhige Lage. Gute Aufteilung auf 2 Wohnebenen. Mega Pool! Viel Platz im Außenbereich. Die Betten wackeln sehr, wenn sich der andere bewegt. Die Duschen sollten bessere Abdichtungen haben, sonst alles hervorragend, so wie man es sich wünscht!

Pool war super. Ausstattung vielfältig. Garten war herausragend. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Es gab sogar eine Schaukel, die in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt war. Garage für ein Auto vorhanden. Weiteres konnte gut vor der Tür parken. Ruhige Umgebung (Baustelle nebenan leider noch aktuell).

Toller Familienurlaub

Ein schön gelegenes Haus 3 Min. vom Strand entfernt. Terrassen mit Sonnenschein und schönen Gartenmöbeln und Pool. In den nicht so heissen Monaten perfekt. Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub. Alle waren begeistert. Wir kommen gerne wieder🤩 Die Duschtüren sind nicht wasserdicht.

Una casa bellissima

Posizione ottima per la spiaggia, negozi, passeggiata, zona molto tranquilla e accogliente. La casa è molto grande. Eravamo due famiglie, 8persone e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Giardino e la piscina sono poi un tocco in più che ha reso felice i nostri piccoli. Ci è piaciuta anche la doccia prima di entrare nella casa, con l’acqua calda, così ti levi la sabbia. Poi il tavolo da Ping pong nella cantina era piaciuto moltissimo. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Super Urlaub

Waren waren zwei Familie mit 4 Kindern. Hat super geklappt. Der Esstisch könnte größer sein. Konnte man aber ohne Probleme noch einen anderen Tisch beistellen. Schöner Garten und ein kurzer Gang ,ca. 400 m, zum Superstrand. Gruß aus Deutschland Familie Kreimeier

Wir, 5 Frauen, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten rund das Haus. Je nach Bedarf im Schatten oder in der Sonne. Ausreichend Liegen am Pool. Kindersicher eingezäunt. Es gab ausreichend Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Kleiner Supermarkt und Restaurant auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

haus in Toplage! sehr ruhig, strand zu fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichbar , auch mit Kindern sehr empfehlenswert! modern und sauber eingerichtet, genug geschirr, gr0sser kühlschrank netter garten mit liegen und einigen sitzgelegenheiten, unverzichtbares salzwasserpool, gerade mit kindern, das eingezäunt und versperrbar ist wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden dieses haus jederzeit wieder buchen

Villa in guter Lage aber nicht gemütlich

Die Lage der Villa ist sehr gut, ruhig und kurze Wege zu Restaurant und Supermarkt. Der Grundriss der Villa ist sehr durchdacht, Frühstück in der Sonne und Nachmittag ist auch Sonne am Pool. Bad und Schlafzimmer bieten wenig Komfort. Die Betten sind schmal und hart. Handtücher müssten mal erneuert werden. Die Kaffeemaschine ist äußerst relaxt-Frühstück ist beendet und der Kaffee wird fertig. Der Reinigungszustand des gesamten Hauses incl. Kühlschrank ist verbesserungswürdig. Parken ist in der eigenen Tiefgarage (steil) auch für große Autos kein Problem. Internet/WLAN hat sehr gut funktioniert. Empfang aller deutschen TV -Sender möglich. Das Haus ist bauartbedingt sehr kühl. Heizung nur über Elektroradiatoren und Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer in der unteren Etage. Stromverbrauch für 1Woche mit Wohlfühltemperatur lag bei 63 € .( 4 Personen) Haus für 3Warmduscher und 1 Kaltduscher empfehlenswert.

Es gab ein paar kleinere Schäden welche aber vom Vermieter dirket behoben wurden. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Was wir etwas vermisst haben ist auch eine Ausstattung für 6 Personen was das Geschirr angeht, und ein paar Abstellmöglichkeiten. Sonst alles super; die Nähe zum Strand war hervorragend und es ist ein ruhige Ecke.

Een fantastisch huis voor een familievakantie

Wij hadden t.g.v. ons 45-jarig huwelijk onze kinderen en kleinkinderen uitgenodigd voor een vakantieweek op Mallorca. Toen we dit huis kozen gaf de doorslag dat er voldoende slaapkamers en badkamers waren en dat het strand dichtbij was. Het huis overtrof onze verwachtingen. Zitkamer, keuken, veranda's, zwembad, de rustige wijk, alles was aangenaam. De ontvangst bij aankomst en de inspectie voor vertrek verliepen ondanks een taalprobleem in een prima sfeer. Zouden voor een volgende keer dit huis weer boeken en zeker aanbevelen aan anderen. Kees en Tine

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil

Das Haus ist wunderbar geeignet, für grosse Familien oder mehrer Freundespaare. Wir waren in diesem Jahr die ersten Gäste und anfänglich gab es ein paar Probleme. Die Vermieter haben aber sofort reagiert und alles getan, damit der Schaden behoben wurde. Es wurde sogar eine neue Waschmaschine geliefert und zwar innerhalb eines Tages! Es gibt sehr schöne Terrassen, auf denen man sich ungestört ausruhen kann, selbst wenn man dort mit vielen Personen mit den Urlaub verbringt. Von dort sind viele Besichtigungen möglich und am Abend hat man seine Ruhe. Auch der Strand war gar nicht überlaufen und erholsam. Wir würden immer wieder dorthin fahren!

Traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus

Bereits der Kontakt im Vorfeld mit der Agentur war sehr angenehm. Auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche wurde schnell reagiert. Bei unserer Ankunft lag alles Bereit, die Vermieter wurden sofort zum Haus bestellt, um uns zu Empfangen. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung, am langen Sandstrand Platja del Muro. Dieser ist in ca. 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man mit 8 Personen so braucht. Durch seine außergewöhnliche Architektur wirkt es sehr groß, obwohl die Zimmer eher klein sind. Wir hatten gleich das Gefühl nach Hause zu kommen und nicht fremd zu sein. Garten und Pool sind sehr gepflegt, gelegentlich kam in den frühen Morgenstunden der freundliche Vermieter vorbei, um den Pool zu reinigen. In der Nähe ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt befinden sich einige Hotels und einige Geschäfte: Supermarkt, Apotheke mit sehr freundlichen ,kompetenten Personal, Restaurants etc. Uns hat dieses Haus sehr gut gefallen und würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub, tolles Haus, ruhige Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Sonnig, hell, schöner Pool. Haus ist nahe am Meer (2 Minuten zu Fuß). Schöner langer Strand, auch freier Strand. Restaurants sind ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Haus ist in gutem Zustand und gut durchdacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
