Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club #33, 2 Bdrm/2 Baths

This beautiful 2-bedroom 2-bath condo features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to make a meal for the whole family. A warm propane fireplace to enjoy and comfortable leather couches to watch the flat screen TV after a long day of being on the slopes. This condo is close to the pool, two spas, saunas, a recreation room, and community barbecues.

Maximum Occupancy: This unit sleeps six people. | | Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a king and a Euro bunk bed (full on the bottom and twin on the top). There is a 4th bed under the bottom bunk.

Unit Amenities: The full-sized kitchen is complete with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishware, and cooking materials! For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace! The living room has a TV, couches, and a wonderful view of Mammoth Mountain.

This unit is located on the lower road with minimal stairs (6) to get to the front door. This condo is 2 levels. The top level is the kitchen, living, and dining rooms with one bathroom. The bedrooms and other bathrooms are located downstairs.

On-site Amenities: Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and an indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!

Views: This condo enjoys a partial view of Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. | | Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed garage spot. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first-come first-served basis; please check in with the office first.

Mammoth Ski and Racquet Club is within walking distance to Canyon Lodge.

On-site management is accessible 24/7, and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Very well stocked with cooking items, which made meal prep easy. The location is excellent—close proximity to Canyon Lodge is a big plus.A few things to note: the rugs could use a thorough cleaning, the downstairs heaters are quite loud, and the kitchen was missing small spoons. Overall, a comfortable stay with a great location, just a few maintenance details to address.

There was a chirping sound inside the condo throughout our stay. It was annoying throughout the day and made it impossible to sleep. Despite contacting the front office, they were unable to address the issue. Even though the unit has been updated, the bathroom fixtures were cheap and the towel racks were falling apart. Lastly, the unit was not cleaned well prior to our arrival. I was quite disappointed.
