'Villa Lake View'. Our house is in Seepark Nordhorn directly on a small lake.

With every comfort it offers 2 floors ample space for up to 8 people.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
The prices are for 5 people, each additional person paid per night 15, - € extra bed.
Costs for electricity (0.35 € per kWh), gas (0.98 € per cubic meter) and water (6.50 € per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
City tax does not apply.
Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.
100, - € rental deposit are to be paid in advance and will be charged with the additional costs.
A pet can be booked for an additional charge. For booking additional pets, please contact your agency.

A beautiful spa on the ground floor with sauna, jacuzzi, shower and underfloor heating provides recreation and relaxation. Here you can relax to your heart's desire and have a good rest properly.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with sitting area and fireplace, a cozy dining area and a great kitchen. Here you will find the hand blender with dishwasher up to the waffle maker and cake mold everything your heart desires.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with double bed and found one with a bunk bed.

In the nursery you will find a play area for the little ones. A stair gate, socket guards, a baby travel bed with mattress (covers, pillow and duvet please bring), a high chair, a potty and a small footstool so that our little get to the sink, are also available.

Two additional sleeping possibilities on the comfortable sofa bed in the gym are available.

You'll also find a treadmill, an exercise bike, a multi-power station, a solarium, a Wii games console, with Wii Sports Resort, and a foosball table.

The bedrooms (upstairs) and gym and living rooms are equipped with televisions.

An extra bathroom with shower, toilet and sink upstairs is available.

Also for your entertainment is provided. A DVD player, a Playstation with games, a selection of DVD's and board games will never be bored.

On our beautiful terrace you can end the day comfortably.

House perfect, service not so much

We had several concerns, we turned to reception at the park, but they said they could not help us (also did not seem very willing to help or think along). Reception merely adviced us to contact the landlord. Mattresses were very sagging. / Not (as stated in rental contract), 2 parking spaces at the house. We were asked to move the 2nd car to parking lot at the beginning of the site. This was extra striking, as there were 2 Polish vans that were allowed to park in front of OUR door. The worst of this was that every morning at 7 o'clock they were making so much noise for some time that it woke us up. / Charger for the car did not work. Error, even with provided code. / Ordered wood was not delivered, we had to stand firm to get it. / Even though mostly outside and turned off heating at arrival, its seems strange we used 16 m3 of gas (on what???). / Water was not even half number used (from over 472 to 472,5 but charged for a 1. / Reception not open in the times stated.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, war sehr sauber. Sauna, Laufband und Kicker runden die hohe Aufenthaltsqualität ab. Zu Fuß braucht man keine 20 Minuten am Vechtekanal entlang in die Innenstadt, ein sehr schöner kleiner Spaziergang. Wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne, saubere gemütliche Wohnung/Haus. Wir haben die 3 Tage hier sehr genossen. Ein technisches Problem wurde seitens des Hausmeisters schnell behoben. Lediglich der Backofen bekommt ein Minus. Wir wollten Pommes im Ofen garen, dieses war leider wegen fehlender Hitze nicht möglich. Gerne kommen wir wieder, auch da Ausflüge in die Niederlande nah bei sind

Grundsätzlich war es sehr schön.Leider war der Fitnessbereich nicht nutzbar.Das Laufband stockte immer wieder und rutschte durch. Die Klimmzugbank konnte ebenfalls nicht genutzt werden, da die Polster abgerissen waren.Für das Solarium gab es keine Bank oder Liege.Das Fahrrad war so einigermaßen.Die Whirlpoolwanne war mit meiner Größe 1,93 nicht nutzbar.Also die Anzeige verspricht mehr, als man vor Irt dann antrifft.Es war alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen…

Liebe Gäste, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es tut uns aufrichtig leid, dass Sie das Laufband, die Klimmzugbank sowie das Solarium nicht nutzen konnten. Das Laufband wird in naher Zukunft durch ein neues ersetzt werden. Die Polster der Klimmzugbank werden umgehend geprüft und ggf. auch erneuert. Die Liege des Solariums wurde wahrscheinlich von einer vorherigen Buchung in den Fahrradschuppen verschleppt. Selbstverständlich kümmern wir uns um die Wiederbeschaffung, damit unsere Gäste sich bald wieder darin entspannen und bräunen können. Wir danken Ihnen für Ihre Offenheit und hoffen, dass Sie trotz allem einige schöne Momente erleben konnten. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf Ihren nächsten Besuch!

Im großen und Ganzen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Es ist ein geräumiges, gemütliches Haus. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist sehr gut. Und der Aussenbereich ist auch einladend. Es gibt nur kleine Kritikpunkte. Einwenig könnte an der Sauberkeit verbessert werden, wie zum Beispiel mal Spinnweben entfernen. Außerdem gibt es eindeutig zu wenig Gläser. Da könnte mal nachgelegt werden.

Viel Platz für die ganze Familie

Wir waren mit 4 Personen und einem Labrador vor Ort. Es hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Eine der Bratpfannen sollte jedoch dringend getauscht werden, da hatte sich wohl jemand zu sehr mit einem Messer ausgetobt. Der Brötchenservice ist nur am Wochenende verfügbar, aber es gibt genügend Alternativen in der näheren Umgebung. Der Fitnessraum besteht aus zahlreichen Geräten, in der oberen Etage, die aber eher als dort abgestellt wirken. Haben wir aber ohnehin nicht genutzt. Die Zappi-Wallbox wollte unseren Enyaq nicht laden, darum soll sich nun aber gekümmert werden. Wenn das dann zukünftig klappt, ist das schon ein angenehmer Mehrwert. Wir würden wiederkommen. 🙂

Auszeit in Nordhorn

Wir waren mit Hund für eine Woche in der Villa Seepark in Nordhorn. Das Haus (Nr.8) ist eigentlich für bis zu 8 Personen ausgelegt, hatte für uns aber den Vorteil, dass das eine Schlafzimmer unten im Erdgeschoss gelegen ist. Es war soweit auch alles so, wie im Internet dargestellt. Ein paar in die Jahre gekommene Sachen dürften gerne ausgetauscht werden (Kochlöffel, „scharfe“ Messer, alte Stuhlauflagen für die Terrasse). Und ein kräftiger Besen für die Terrasse wäre klasse, wir hätten gerne die ganzen Blätter von den hohen Bäumen selber weggefegt. Ansonsten ist der gesamte Seepark zu empfehlen - von der Ankunft bis zum Auschecken haben wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir überlegen im Herbst wieder zu buchen.

Großes Haus in Nordhorn mit Blick auf einen See und stadtnah. Im Haus war ein Kamin, eine Sauna, zwei Bäder und drei Schlafzimmer. Ich hätte mir noch einige Gewürze und Utensilien gewünscht. Es war keine Seife und Trockentücher vorhanden.

Mit sechs Frauen ein perfektes verlängertes Wochenende. Spülmaschine hat gezickt, aber nach einer Mail war am nächsten Tag sofort jemand da und hat das in Ordnung gebracht. Sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, alles vorhanden. Schlafsofa sehr hart und auf der Galerie neben dem zweiten Bad, quasi als Durchgang nur bedingt in Ordnung. Ansonsten alles sehr schön.

Ein schöner Kurztrip

Ich kann die Villa Seeblick für eine Reisegruppe von 4-5 Personen absolut empfehlen. Ggf. hatte ich das Inserat falsch interpretiert, was dazu führte, dass wir keine Seife und auch keine Handtücher in den Bädern hatten. Aber der nächste Kaufland ist nicht weit, deshalb gibt es nichts wirkliches zu beanstanden. Wir überlegen, im Sommer nochmal die Umgebung zu erkunden - der Seepark wird hierfür die erste Option sein.
