Regarding linens, our properties are stocked according to occupancy standards, and additional towels can be provided upon request in line with our policies, which are outlined prior to arrival. We understand your frustration and appreciate your acknowledgment of the hotel staff’s assistance during your stay. While we strive to provide a seamless experience, we also recognize that occasional challenges can arise, and we regret that this stay fell short for you. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your stay was impacted by the building renovations taking place during your visit. Please note that the construction occurring on the floor was managed by the building’s HOA, not by our management company, and unfortunately the timing and scope of that work were outside of our control. We were not notified that work would begin earlier than the posted hours, nor that materials would be staged near occupied units. Had we been made aware of this in advance, we absolutely would have communicated it prior to arrival or worked with you on alternative accommodations. We also apologize if the condition of the unit did not meet expectations. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, and your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping team so this can be addressed immediately. We understand how concerning this situation would be, especially with a child who has asthma, and we are truly sorry for the discomfort this caused during what should have been a relaxing stay. Your concerns have been documented and escalated internally so we can better advocate with the HOA should similar situations arise in the future. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
