This condo is all about the view! View of the ocean, the Pier and the Marsh. You can admire the ocean from the open concept living and dining area or from the large balcony where you can soak up the sun, have a drink or a nice meal. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook your own meals but there is also plenty of restaurants to choose from within a 10 minute drive. There is a W/D, large TVs in the living room as well as in the bedroom with cable TV, WiFi & unlimited Internet access. The cozy bedroom offer a queen bed. There is a pullout couch in the living room so the unit can accommodate up to 4 guests (2 adults and 2 young children). Guests have access to the pool as well as to an indoor lounge and kitchen area by the pool. There is plenty of parking space available (1 car per unit) as there is an overflow parking across the street. Beach chairs are provided (no umbrella).

Super cute and clean little getaway. Elevator made getting to room easy with an elderly mom and beach walk was very easily accessed with the covered walkway. I wish the pool was a little bigger but overall it served it's purpose and we had a great time enjoying it after a day on the beach.

Another great stay at the French Quarters! We were here for a week and everything was wonderful! The condo exceeds all expectations! The view of the beach was beautiful! Access to the room was very easy. We love staying here and will definitely be back!

The room met all expectations. The view of the beach was beautiful. The room was fully stocked from the kitchen to the bathroom. Access to the room was very easy. The hosts were very prompt with information. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Sophie is a wonderful host. I can text her with any question and she is very quick to reply. The stay is comfortable from the time you park, use the clean elevator and enter the apartment. It smells good when you open the door and is very inviting. The bathroom and shower have everything you need, including curling iron a flat iron and blow dryer. Shampoo and body wash. Walking through to the kitchen/living room, you see right out to the ocean. The kitchen is well supplied and easy to cook in. The living room is comfy with a sofa and TV, looking out over the ocean.The balcony has a bar table and chairs and my favorite a rocking chair.It's a very easy walk to the beach.We've stayed 3 times this summer and going back 1 more time. Until next year.

I used to come to the Myrtle Beach area every year as a kid. So at one point it became natural for me to invest in a property where I could visit with my own kids and offer my property for others to enjoy to! I love being a host and making sure that my guests enjoy not only the area as much as I do but also feel at home in my property. I have guests that have been staying at my units since the very beginning and are returning up to 3 times a year. For them and all new guests, I love making small updates here and there and surprising people with little details. Why they chose this property

I choose this property for its location, its amazing ocean view and access, its proximity to all attractions but at the same time the quietness of its beach (it's a little bit more busy in July and August but the beach is still not over crowded).

What makes this property unique

Ample parking space with secure access to elevators, non-smoking building, pool located on 4th floor with great view of the ocean, lighted pathway to the beach for night strolls, close to the Prince Resort Pier, its restaurant, ice cream parlor and fishing.
