The Space:

This exquisite beach home leaves little to be desired! From the perfectly appointed decor to the sprawling ocean views, to the private beach access and the outdoor shower, this home packs the perfect group vacation! The open floor plan is great for entertaining and flows out to the covered decks beachside. A few steps and your feet are in the sand!

The house is located close to multiple local favorite restaurants on Vilano Beach. Walk to The Reef Restaurant, a quick drive to Caps on the Water and Aunt Kate's. Just 5 minutes drive from Publix shopping center. Same distance to water sports rental companies, boat charters, and fishing expeditions!



A 10 minute drive to all of downtown St. Augustine's historical offerings! Enjoy a mixologist-mixed cocktail at the Ice Plant or take a ghost tour inside Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum. Walk around our beautiful cobblestone streets and observe the Spanish architecture of 1565 and the late 1800's Victorians homes.



SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $199. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $2000 of damage. *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire home, garage and parking. Please make yourself at home!

The Neighborhood:

One of the prime areas of Vilano Beach, you will find the area is bordered to the East by the Atlantic Ocean and to the West by the Tolomato River (or what we St. Augustinians call "The Intercoastal"). Located just a five minute drive from the home is a Publix grocery store with everything you could need! In that shopping center you can rent or buy equipment for any water sports activity. Just a seven minutes drive over the Vilano Bridge is Camanchee Cove, where you can rent a boat for the day or charter deep sea fishing tours!



Getting Around:

We suggest renting a car for your stay.

WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash handling and where applicable, pool and spa cleaners. Some properties may have other specialty service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests.



Guests must be 21 or older to book.



Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
