La Chaudiette 1888
In a former wine farm dating back to 1888, we offer a single-story holiday rental for 4 people (the property is brand-new; construction was completed in May 2022).
The bedroom features 1 bed (160 x 200 cm).
A sofa bed for 2 people is located in the living room.
Walk-in shower (120 x 120 cm).
Built-in dishwasher and washing machine in the fully equipped kitchen.
Wi-Fi available via fiber-optic connection.
Heated pool with a bubble cover (temperature can reach 32°C on sunny days), 10x5m, depth 1.40m to 1.60m + small beach area, discreetly shared with the owners, equipped with an alarm, and not directly overlooked.
Terrace overlooking the garden and pool
Barbecue area overlooking the garden and pool.
Shaded patio for lunch.
West-facing to enjoy the long summer evenings.

Heating fee: 7 to 15 €/day additional during the heating season.
