Riverside Cabin with Gameroom, Deer, & Fishing.

Beautiful riverfront cabin on the Coosawattee River in Ellijay, GA. Cabin has 3 decks to sit out on while enjoying nature and looking out at the river. This 4bedroom/3bathroom spacious cabin is 3 stories, has an outdoor fire pit, deck to relax on right by the river, and stairs for easy river access. There is also an outdoor gas grill and plenty of seating outside to enjoy the deer that often roam through the property. Or maybe you want to snuggle inside by the indoor gas fireplace, or play in the gameroom that has a pool table, foosball table, arcade game, TV, and mini bar area. Be sure to take notice of all the amazing log/wood furniture located throughout the cabin.

Included with your fees is access to certain amenities in the Coosawattee River Resort such as fishing at the stocked Beaver Lake pond, access to the parks inside, amongst others things.

You have the option to purchase a punch card to use to access other amenities in the area such as the gym, arcade room, basketball/tennis courts, mini golf, pools, etc... If interested in more information contact myself at least 1 week or more before your stay. Punch cards are $90/card and have 7 punch slots per card. Each punch slot gets up to 4 people into any 1 amenity for the entire day and you can use 2 punches per card per day.

The cabin was beautiful and the host was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The road in is a little nerve wracking, but after the first drive through it gets easier. Would definitely stay again!

We had 10 people and a baby. Great experience. Had some complaints about the king bed on the main floor, but other than that we had no problems. Clean and stocked with the necessary items. William was excellent host.

We just spent an amazing time at this cabin. The spacious and clean cabin exceeded our expectations, the view of the river was stunning. We loved watching the deer graze right outside our window and even got to feed them.We had a perfect blend of relaxation and exploration, with downtown Ellijay and Talking Rock just a short drive away. Both were great! Our family of 10 had an absolute blast and will be planning another trip soon. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with plenty of nature and charm, look no further! Highly recommend this cabin - we couldn't be happier with our stay.*The host was amazing and responded immediately to any questions that we had!

Great River retreat

My husband & 3 kids had a wonderful time staying here. We had everything we needed for the week. Plenty of beds and everything was clean. We enjoyed tubing the river , making s’mores at the fire pit & visiting the many deer that come on the property very close to us. We also enjoyed down town ellijay, local hiking locations , and my kids favorite was ziplining ! Thanks for a wonderful family week !

Gorgeous property

The property was great and we enjoyed the outdoor firepit. It is right on the river and gorgeous. I wish they would have put extra paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and maybe one pack of laundry detergent. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Great time in North Georgia

The house was great for 4 adults and 6 kids. Lots of activities, wildlife, and views. The cabin is nestled well back from town which was nice to feel in nature. William was extremely responsive for any question or concern. Kids asked when we were coming back!

PEEBLES FAMILY VACATION

For the first time in many years we were able to get both my kids and their families to schedule a few days together in the Mountains and on a river. This cabin we stayed in was everything and more than we could have ever asked for or expected. Beautiful interior and exterior, clean, warm and inviting. The cabin was located in a beautiful setting next to the river for tubing, and welcome every morning with deer hanging around. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a family getaway! We will go back!

Deer Fishing and shenanigans!

We stayed here for our duo family spring break trip from North Florida! We enjoyed spending St Patrick’s day and spring break with the many deer who frequently visited the property, enjoyed attempting to fish on the river and at the local pond, enjoyed all the property had to offer hot tub game room fire pit. William was very responsive and helpful! The drive in is a bit windy and hilly for us Floridians and the steep driveway in was little much for us lol but overall would definitely come back! Clean and well stocked!

Great cabin !

The cabin was extremely clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. We spent several hours just sitting by the river. Not sure how old the cabin is but it looks brand new. Everything was modern and up to date. Beds were comfortable. Every night we built a bonfire and roasted marshmallows. We saw several deer just walking around. The game room was a nice touch. There is only one thing I wish I had done differently. The owner had provided directions to the cabin but I decided to use my GPS. GPS got us there but I think it was have been smarter to use the owner’s directions. I had several questions before our trip regarding firewood, nearby restaurants, etc… the Owner quickly responded back with answers. We will be back!

Wonderful property!

Let me make this easy for you – book it! This was a wonderful stay for my family and me. Sitting on the porch, by the water, one of the 3 balconies…you can’t beat it! The host is fantastic and was in touch for anything needed before, during, and after our stay. The house is very clean and well kept. There is plenty of room and separation of space for everyone to enjoy. Some things that are nice to know: it is in a resort, which means that, while you are secluded in the cabin, you have some easy access to a few community pools, a stocked fishing pond, and some other family friendly activities. If you don’t seek them out, you are secluded enough you wouldn’t know they are there. Hit up Carters lake if you want some open water. Float the river if you want a nice stretch of relaxing water time. Head to the Bigfoot museum for some adventure, or go out in downtown for a friendly and fun day or night out for shopping and restaurants. Driving in or out, it is a ways back into the resort with some significant hills, which I found charming. It’s just a few miles from town and stores, so it was a great balance of secluded but with access. Essentially, it takes about 20 minutes to get anywhere, near or far. We loved this cabin, we loved the stay, we loved Ellijay, and we expect to go back.

Great stay on the Coosawattee

Relaxing, low key stay with friends over July 4 including 4 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 4 to 14. The kids especially enjoyed the entertainments in the lower level of the house and the fire pit (*must bring your own firewood or purchase locally). Also enjoyed 2 of the 3 pools and mini golf offered within the Coosawattee River Resort using the punch cards available for purchase. Riverside Pool was a 10 minute drive from the cabin and great for younger kids with a depth of 3 to 5 feet throughout. Some of our group took tubes out on the river, departing from the back of the house (stairs lead directly into the water) and landing at the Canoe Park near Fife Bridge for easy pickup. Excellent communication with the host before and during our stay.
