Welcome to your beachfront retreat! This beautifully decorated & newly Updated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo on the Isle of Palms is the perfect getaway for couples or small families. With stunning ocean views and direct access to the beach, you'll wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy the tranquil coastal atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. The honeycomb tile backsplash and blue cabinetry provide a bright, elegant space to prepare meals. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar with seating for two or at the side island in the kitchen or even take your dinner to the private balcony and enjoy the sound of the ocean! A sparkling clean bathroom with a shower/tub combo and all essentials newly installed.

Bedroom (1): The spacious bedroom includes a comfortable Queen-sized bed with premium linens and ample closet space. The bedroom includes bedside sconces with easy access to a light switch near the bed, and a smart TV + cable.

Bed (2): The living room includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa, including a Smart TV + Cable.

Bed (3-4): The hallway includes (2) Murphey beds that are twin mattresses.

Cutest Sea Cabin there is!

Very clean, very well stocked, including all linens and kitchen-ware. We had one small issue during our stay, and Island Realty was quick to fix the problem. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and ocean views! Property has a lively pool, fishing pier and laundry which we’re all great! It’s right next to a new county park and everything you need us walkable. This units bed was comfortable but needs to be placed under the window so both guests can access the bed side. The room temp was too cold in the March weather and we were unable to regulate it. I would not choose this particular unit again for those 2 reasons unless they were changed.
