Just a 2-minute drive from the centre of Porticcio, a seaside resort on the Gulf of Ajaccio offering numerous water sports, shops, restaurants, and bars, this one-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa with an enclosed property. Quiet location with unobstructed ocean views.<br>Ideally located near various sites to visit. Fully equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and naturally cool (ground-floor unit with a veranda shaded by wisteria). The outdoor space is very popular with guests. Meals can be enjoyed in peace with a view of Ajaccio Bay, the maquis, and the surrounding mountains.<br>Outdoor furniture, barbecue. Quiet and not overlooked, less than a 2-minute drive from the beaches of the Porticcio seaside resort, 15 minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes from Ajaccio. <br>Sheets and towels provided free of charge, as well as beach towels and a beach umbrella.<br>Free parking.<br>No smoking indoors; smoking permitted outdoors. No pets allowed.<br><br>

Superbes vacances

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison bien située avec une vue superbe sur la baie d'Ajaccio. Les hôtes Nathalie et Martial sont supers aussi du début à la fin, de l'accueil, de l'aide et de l'écoute par rapport à nos demandes. Nous les conseillons vivement.
