Phoebe’s Waterfront Lakehouse . Close to Mad River Mountain Skiing & Cranberry's

Brand new, renovated, waterfront house on Indian Lake. Perfect getaway that sleeps up to 9 people. Minutes from Mad River Moutain Ski Resort. Spacious open concept with granite countertops. Two large indoor living rooms. Open kitchen with stainless steel appliances. 1.5 Bathrooms. Fireplace. 6 flat-screen TVs including one outdoor tv on the water. Washer and dryer. Covered boathouse and dock. Cozy up on our outdoor living room with tv that overlooks the water. Large backyard with a picnic table that sits on the water or enjoy a game of cornhole. (Boards in the garage) Modern Weber Grill with propane. We try to maintain full propane but in event it’s empty, there is a refill station at Lakeview Hardware. (10 minutes away) Send us the receipt for full reimbursement.

Cranberry’s resort and bar is a whopping 50-yard walk. This house is in a perfect location, about 50 minutes from the Columbus area. Private driveway with 2 car covered port and 4 car private driveway. Space fits most truck/suvs and boat trailers.

Permanent neighbors live on both sides of our house so please be mindful of noise. Be respectful. Limit 5 cars.
We have nice furnishings so please treat them like you purchased them. Please respect the no-wake zone until out of the bay.

We truly enjoyed watching TV outside by the lake. We also could sit out there and listen to the bands at Cranberry’s without the crowd. The house was very nice and cozy. Will stay again!

It's a short drive from Mad River Mountain if you are skiers. We recently became pregnant and will have less time to spend at the lake than we planned. Come enjoy! It's a perfect location being right on the water, close to Cranberry's Restaurant and Resort, and a short drive from Mad River Mountain Ski Resort. You'll love your stay at our little cottage:)

Have a boat? This is the perfect spot with driveway room for your suv and boat trailer. (boat trailer up to 25 feet) We also have a dock you are welcome to use to the right of our boat house. (looking from the house)
