Cabin retreat with Hot Tub

Come stay at our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Tahoe Donner home in Truckee. The house includes 2 Master Suites on opposite ends of the home. One with a walk in shower and gas fireplace. The third bedroom includes a queen bed and the forth bedroom includes bunkbeds, enough to sleep 5. This home has a fantastic great room with high vaulted wood ceiling with peeled log accents throughout. Airlock entry with slate, hardwood floors, granite counters in gourmet kitchen with Wolf gas stove. Home backs to large open space. Hot tub is located on the back deck. Super location not far from Northwoods & Northwoods.

Guest can have access to Trout Creek with includes pools, hot tubs, a gym and other amenities.

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

Guests will have full access to this beautiful cabin. There will be certain cabinets or closets that the owner has elected to keep locked for personal belongings.

Within Tahoe Donner you will find The Pub, The Lodge, and Pizza on the Hill. In Truckee, you will find amazing dining and shopping in a historic setting.

The stay was great! We got stuck in all the snow, but the hosts were easy to reach and happy to walk us through what to do in case we lost power or how to contact the snow removal company. We were worried about the snow in the driveway but a plow came once or twice a day. The house was lovely and charming with many cute black-bear themed decorations. Our kids really loved the toys, the bunk beds, and the arcade games! We would be happy to stay there again!

Fantastic spot!

This place has it all! We have stayed multiple times now. Yes driveway can be dicey in a snowstorm but hey, if you are blessed with snow then you are lucky! Rooms are all comfortable. Hot tub is clean. Space is accommodating. Will hopefully be coming here for years to come!

The house was absolutely beautiful. It was incredibly well stocked and communication with Tarah was quick and easy and she was so friendly. We used the hot tub every night and had coffee out back almost every morning. Would highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic stay

We spent several weeks here in summer 2021. We had a great time and look forward to coming back. The location is great in lower Tahoe Donner, close to pools, golf, Donner Lake and downtown Truckee, and right across the street from an awesome Donner Rim Trail trailhead. The house is really nice - very well-stocked, clean and organized. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay. The A/C in the house was a HUGE bonus during the hot summer months - a rare find in the Tahoe Donner area. Lastly, the owners were very generous about letting us use their fun lake toys like paddleboards and kayaks. We had a blast with the kids at the lake with those! We had an awesome time and hope to be back soon!

first rate, well-appointed family lodge

First-rate host, went out of the way to make us comfortable. The kitchen in particular was way better than what we usually find with rentals. Very nice Wolf oven, the cupboards had a good selection of spices, all manner of coffee devices, sharp knives, and the complementary wine was good. We'd be happy to stay there again.

This home is amazing!

This cabin is great! The owners were very accommodating and helpful. They truly wanted us to have a good time. The house is very well stocked with linens, dishes and other supplies. Having 2 master bedrooms and bunk room was really great for our family. The hot tub was wonderful, such a nice treat after a day of skiing. The location is perfect, near grocery and gas, about 15 minutes to Northstar. There is also a sled hill right outside the backyard, very fun. The golf video game was a hit too. We could not have picked a better option for our stay. We will stay here again!
