In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking. Grocery 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 300 m, café 200 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station 800 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 250 m. Tennis 1 km, gondola lift, skisport facilities, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school, cross country ski track 800 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
2-room apartment 27 m2 on 1st floor. Practical and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, grill, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Great apartment in ideal location

The apartment is ideally situated in Steinach. <5 mins walk to Spar supermarket. Good hiking and mountain biking from the door. Bus stop for the Gschnitz valley even closer than Spar. Free local bus & train for tourists. The apartment itself is comfortable and just as described, no complaints. It is a great base for enjoying the stunning Wipptal Valley, and eating and relaxing in the evenings. The landlady is very helpful with extensive local knowledge. Thank-you. I will return.

Kleine, gemütliche Unterkunft

Für unseren Aufenthalt im Wipptal war die Wohnung ideal. Steinach ist sehr zentral und man ist schnell in Innsbruck oder Italien. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Eingang und man ist in nur ein paar Minuten im Zentrum. Allerdings ist die Wohnung eher für Unternehmungslustige geeignet, da sie für einen ganzen Tag zu Hause doch etwas klein ist. Ein Reisebett passt leider nicht mit ins Schlafzimmer.

Urlaub mit Hund 2021

Wir sind 2 Erwachsene mit Hund gewesen und unser Aufenthalt dauerte 3 Nächte. Die Wohnung war insgesamt betrachtet nicht unbedingt modern eingerichtet, aber das tat dem Wohlfühlfaktor keinen Abbruch. Es war dennoch gemütlich und man konnte den Nachmittag und die frühen Abendstunden auf der kleinen Terrasse genießen. Alles war Tip Top sauber und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lagebeschreibung und der Checkin dank Schlüsselbox waren sehr gut.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktional. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Preis-Leistung stimmen aber dafür. Leider ist das WLAN manchmal etwas schwach und nicht verfügbar. Der Kühlschrank ist leider selbst auf der niedrigsten Stufe zu kalt und damit war immer alles tiefgefroren.

Danke für die Rückmeldung. Bitte informieren Sie uns, sollten etwas nicht Ihren Wünschen entsprechen, wie beispielsweise Wifi. Es wurde geprüft und behoben. Die komplette Küche ist neu, einschließlich des Kühlschranks. Weiterhin gibt es neue Möbel, neue Betten inklusive Matratzen, einen neuen Boden in Küche und Wohnzimmer.
