Located in the heart of South Padre's entertainment district puts you within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping.

*HOA has implemented a wrist band policy for all guests over the age of 10 and under the age of 35 for the month of March and all holidays with a $25 fee per person
Additional fees may be added for guests that do not follow the rules:
Late check out without prior approval - $200
Unregistered/not approved pet - $200
Smoking in the property - $300
