Great location between Townsend and Pigeon Forge. Great internet, beds, lighting, sofa, bathrooms and kitchen. Lot’s of space for 4 people. We truly enjoyed our stay. Hot tub used once and enjoyed as well! Will choose again!!
We loved the mountain views. The property offered privacy even though there were nieghbors. The teens enjoyed the basement. The kitchen was small but well stocked. We enjoyed grilling. Lovely, clean hot tub. Our teens loved Pidgeon Forge activities and it was only 20 min away.
Great location in Wears Valley. Close enough to town for the entertainment, but yet far enough out to enjoy ths peace and quite. This is not just a VRBO location. It is a HOME away from HOME experience. Thank you Mark!!
This was a last-minute trip for us. I was looking for a place near water with a hot tub for my husband in the Townsend area. While searching, Whiskey Valley came up near Townsend but in Wears Valley.
We were very happy with the cabin. My husband's response when we arrived was, "we have to remember this one and book it again when we come back."
The patio on the main level was nice and provided a great view of the Fall foliage. The hot tub on the deck and jacuzzi tub in the bathroom were clean and relaxing. There were board games, a game table and dart board. There was a nice selection of books to peruse, and the host gave some good recommendations for sightseeing and dining.
We will book again.
The property was just as described. It was very clean and spacious in a great location. Communication with the owner was excellent and prompt. We will definitely stay at Whiskey Valley again if it is available.
A good tip for future stays is to bring any heavy luggage up the outside stairs to the second floor. That makes it much easier because it is not as steep.
Excellent property.
This little cabin was perfect for our family of four. The kids loved the beds in the loft and our room on the main floor was spacious and comfortable. The cabin was incredibly clean and well stocked with anything you may need. The location was great, easy to find and an easy ride to Cades Cove or into Pigeon Forge. The check-in process could not have been easier and there is great communication with the owner. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area!
Our entire stay was very nice, Cabin is perfect and pretty big. Communication with the property manager was Great, He was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The only problem we have noticed was the cleaning
My family and I stayed at Whiskey Valley for our vacation. Mark was easy to contact and great at helping when the air conditioner stopped working. We appreciated his fast response. Although it wasn't fixable during our stay, he did bring in a portable a/c unit. Totally recommend Whiskey Valley. The cabin was beautiful and in a peaceful location.
Nothing outside of perfect....that describes our experience and this property. The cabin is spotless, beds are comfortable, location is perfect and central to everything the area has to offer. Communication with Mark was prompt and he was extremely accomodating. We visit each year to ride and we will be looking to stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay immensely in Wears Valley near the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Our goal was family hiking and morning/evening time as a family over food, quiet time reading, and spending it together. The Whiskey Valley Cabin helped us meet our goal. Close to the GSMNP, far enough away from Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge (but close enough if desired) we accomplished our long weekend. The cabin was clean, great for cooking and meals, great places to lounge and read, along with all the modern amenities to unwind. Thank you Mark and we will definitely keep it on our repeat list when traveling through East TN!
Property was very quiet and away from all the crazy of Gatlinburg which we enjoyed greatly. Mark was a gracious host and even accommodated our special request. The cabin had some very unique qualities and the was very well equipped with an ample supply of blankets, pillows and towels. All of the furniture was near new and the beds were very comfortable. We will be back!!

This property was great! Provided us with everything we needed and was very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub every night and was just 10 minutes from town. If your a couple or family that just wants to get away but close enough to attractions, then this is the perfect place! Had a great time!
Loved this house...it's so quiet (and clean). We cooked filets on the grill, enjoyed some quiet time on the swing, and watched some football on the laptop while chilling in the hot tub. If you want to be in the middle of the chaos in Pigeon Forge this place is not for you. It's off the beaten path just a bit and perfect for those who just want some peace and quiet. We would definitely recommend staying here.
Great location and nice set up. The decor wasn’t my taste but it was comfortable and had nice amenities. Didn’t use the hot tub or jacuzzi but enjoyed everything else here.
Had some friends stay in another cabin in Gatlinburg, but Whiskey Valley by far blew it out of the water! Very clean and spacious! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back!!!

Ok stay, just felt like you had know privacy with cameras everywhere. You were watched always.
The property seems like it needs a little more love put into it. Beautiful at one time and still can be with a little more care put in it.
