As you enter the cabin on the lower level you will find 2 bedrooms, each appointed to be a peaceful and private retreat for members of your group. Bedroom #1 offers a King Bed and your own private ½ bath, as well as a Flat Screen TV to catch up on your favorite shows from the comfort of your own room. Bedroom 2 has a Full Size handcrafted murphy bed that when put away can transform the room into an ideal poker night getaway. This room has plenty of space to store your winter gear. Also for your convenience, enjoy the use of a washer and dryer in this room during your stay.
Groups of all kinds will appreciate 2 separate staircases leading to the main living level where you will find 2 separate living rooms, both offering the comfort and relaxation you will be looking for after a day full of activities! The main living area flows seamlessly with the LUXURY kitchen and dining area. This room is adorned with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling picture windows, which allow the room to fill with all the natural sunlight you could hope for. The dining table has seating for 6, and while you're creating a culinary masterpiece in the main kitchen area or grilling up some delicious food on the propane BBQ on the upper deck, take a moment and soak up the views outside where you can breathe the crisp mountain air.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
