Suitable for 2 adults and possibility for 1 baby (cot and high chair provided).
It consists of a living room with table, chairs, flat screen TV, sofa bed, storage, wardrobes,
a fully equipped kitchen (hob, hood, refrigerator, microwave, plenty of storage space and all the necessary crockery...),
A bathroom with large shower, vanity unit, electric towel dryer and toilet.

Also a covered balcony with views of the beach with outdoor table and chairs.
Access to the residence is secured by a badge, presence of a bicycle room.
Cycle paths at the foot of the Residence.

The apartment is very close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, mini-market, bakery, tobacconist, newsagent, laundry, pharmacy, city bus, sea bus, electric cars, ATM...) and outings (aquarium, bowling...). Free Wi-Fi with Hotspot Plage des Minimes. Available from Saturday to Saturday only

Très agréable séjour à la Rochelle

Studio très agréable avec vue sur la plage des Minimes et un accès facilité au centre de La Rochelle grâce au batobus ; très bon accueil , juste dommage que le ménage ne soit pas proposé en option.

Très agréable séjour.

Studio très agréable refait avec goût très proche de la petite plage. On a apprécié les promenades et le bateau bus.
