New renter, very good value
Owner was new renter, so new to process. Space was awesome. Had some minor pet hair in carpets, which could have been removed, especially since some renters may have ea sensitivities. Check-in and out was okay. Location was in good area and close to conference we were attending. Most owners have welcome binder including internet password, local amenities and maps to stores. If owner would provide, that would be great. Very good communication. Would highly recommend.
