Comfort and tranquility guaranteed in a lush, green setting.<br>Located in the heart of Savoie near Lake Bourget (3 minutes away) with a superb view of the Revard and Belledone mountain ranges.<br>The house has a floor area of 200 m² spread over two floors, with three adult bedrooms and a dormitory.<br>The property<br>This peaceful house is perfect for families or groups of friends with children who want to get together for a holiday between the lake and the mountains.<br>The ground floor features a spacious 80 m² living room with an open kitchen, as well as a 28 m² master suite with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. A large glass-enclosed bathroom provides direct access to a 40-square-meter terrace featuring two Weber grills (gas and/or charcoal), patio furniture, an outdoor table, an electric awning, and, best of all, a magnificent, high-end Hotspring hot tub (seats 5) overlooking a breathtaking view.<br><br>Upstairs, you’ll find a relaxation and recreation area with a René Pierre pool table, a foosball table, and an electronic dartboard.<br>Also upstairs, you’ll find three additional sleeping areas: two 14-square-meter bedrooms with queen-size beds and a dormitory-style area (4 beds).<br><br>A 2,000-square-meter garden completes this property, featuring play equipment for children: a swing set and a trampoline.<br><br>Note: The house is perfectly suited for children; if needed, we can provide a cot (see photo) and two high chairs for your infant’s meals.<br><br>There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the house for your vehicles, as well as a garage.<br>Guest Access<br>The nearest beaches on Lake Bourget are 4 km away. You can reach them via the greenway, which is located 200 metres from the house. It’s easy to get there by bike or scooter. The route is flat, making it accessible even for very young children.<br>A bakery and a supermarket are available 2 km away. You’ll also be just 100 m from the Tremblay cooperative, where you can buy delicious local products.<br>For shopping enthusiasts, you’ll find everything you need at the Zone des Landiers (a very large shopping centre) located just 3 minutes from the house.<br><br>The famous Du Mont Blanc brewery is a 5-minute drive away, as is Chambéry’s most renowned cheese shop.<br><br>There are many activities nearby: bowling, laser tag, a climbing wall, a swimming pool, an ice rink, and a cinema.<br><br>Finally, there are numerous hiking trails nearby, such as the Dent du Chat, which offers an exceptional view of the entire lake as well as Mont Blanc.
