About this property
Secluded, Vermont lakefront home & private shore. Summer 2025 sold out.
You, your family, and friends will enjoy the open floor plan, fully-equipped kitchen, and floor to ceiling living room windows facing the Harvey Lake and Roy Mountain. Step outside to a large deck, hot-tub, and patio that were installed in 2022. The property has 100' of private lake-frontage and new dock installed in 2023. Guests can swim in deep water just beyond the dock and are also welcome to bring their kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards to explore the lake. High-speed broadband internet access available, allowing for telework.
There is plenty of room in the basement, yard or boat shed to store one's boats or fishing tackle. The house has three kayaks, one canoe, one pedal boat (pedalo), and two stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) for guests to use. Harvey Lake has a public beach about one mile away, that is perfect for families with small children who wish to play in shallow waters.
The first floor master bedroom has a gas fireplace and private bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. First floor also has a guest bath and laundry room. The second level offers 2 more bedrooms, a 3/4 bath, and open loft area/ family room.
