Quiet Mid Century Home w/ spectacular Flatirons Views. 5min walk to Downtown.

This Mid Century home is nestled on top of a bluff looking over downtown Boulder with spectacular views of the Boulder Flatirons.
Come soak in this sunlight filled home! Enjoy 5min walk to downtown pearl st district coffee shops, dinning and shopping. Also close to Boulder hiking trail areas like Mt. Sanitas and the new Anenome trail in the Redrocks area.
The house has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and is located on the main floor with walk out access to the 40x15 upper deck. The 2nd bedroom is located on the lower level with a queen size bed and walk out access to the lower deck and yard. Both decks have spectacular views.
The modern kitchen is complete with a Wolf gas range, oven and microwave, and Subzero fridge. It is fully equipped with pots and pans, hand made Heath dishes, Vitamix blender, juicer, soda stream and rice cooker. Anything you could need for cooking a gourmet meal.
Cozy up on the Eames chair in the family room with a fire this winter and take in the views of the Boulder Star lit on Flagstaff Mountain.
The lower level of the house walks out to the fenced in back yard and is equipped with a small home gym, a desk area for remote working, and a full laundry room.

Every 2-3 years we take a break from Boulder life and rent our home for 30 day stays during the summer and fall months, this year being one of them. Rent for 1 month min or from July-Oct for 5 months.

Pets: One well behaved dog is welcome.

Fantastic

Wonderful home in a wonderful location. Heidi was very easy to communicate with and the house exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient to Pearl St, but situated in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. I would not hesitate to book this house again for future visits to Boulder.

Perfection

As a Vrbo landlord myself, I found the perfection of this house embarrassing!! How could I have asked people to rent my home without leaving it pristine, stocking the fridge, and having matching hangars in the closets awaiting my guest's clothes? Seriously, the preparation was remarkable! The house itself is a treasure, both elegant and comfortable and with a fabulous view of the Flatirons from bedroom and living room. Downstairs is a well- equipped laundry room, gym, office space, and second bedroom and bath, with deck and little garden just off it. The kitchen, with its Wolf cooktop, SubZero fridge, soundless Miele dishwasher, and three kinds of coffeemakers is about the best I've ever cooked in. The location is superb, within walking distance of the Pearl Street shops and close to all the major stores, but super quiet and private.

Location location!!

This lovely mid century home is within walking distance of Pearl Street and close to all shopping, hiking, and restaurants. Great neighborhood. Yard is fenced and perfect for a dog. The herb and vegetable garden, in full bloom, was perfect paired with the chef's delight well appointed kitchen and cooking tools. . The views of the Flat irons is unequalled from upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and deck. The upstairs master suite is lovely; the lower level bedroom suite is not so sweet, but comfortable nonetheless. The bathrooms could use an update. We had a wonderful month in this awesome city full of adventure and fun. Many thanks!!
