–Good to Know– • Train tracks are nearby; light sleepers may hear occasional train noise • Pet friendly: up to 2 dogs ($40/day, $250 max per stay); must confirm at booking. Additional dogs considered case-by-case. Back fence is not tall/sturdy—please do not leave pets outside unattended. $300 penalty for unreported pets. There are five dog parks in Longmont. There is also a really nice off-leash dog area at Union Reservoir, where pups can run free and play in the water. Most Longmont restaurants with patio seating welcome dogs and will bring them water (and sometimes treats) while you eat (Long's Peak, Lucille's, Cheba Hut, Bella Vita, Luna Cafe, Tangerine's, Dryland, Georgia Boy's BBQ, Wibby Brewing). • Children welcome: high chair, pack ’n play, books, games & puzzles provided • Longmont offers many kid-friendly activities, including the rec center (gym, courts, indoor climbing wall, day camps, daycare while you work out, indoor pool with water slides), the Longmont Museum, Boulder County Fairgrounds (farmer's market, fun seasonal animal events), St Vrain tubing, Sunset Pool (outdoor, awesome water slides) and Get Air Trampoline Park!

Longmont itself is a vibrant community with a thriving downtown area. You'll find over 20 breweries and distilleries, including Wibby Brewing, Dryland, and Copper Skies. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the five in-town golf courses, while outdoor lovers will enjoy the beautiful parks, such as Roosevelt Park with its stunning rose garden and Collyer Park with public tennis courts. A charming spacious interior, nice porch and backyard for hanging out, and walking distance to downtown for eating, etc. We didn't take advantage of the hot tub or bbq this time. Initially I was concerned about the noise from close by train tracks but that was only during the day and was quite when it mattered . I would stay here again.

This home is the cutest! The woodwork was beautiful. It’s an older home but has been upgraded and it’s lovely! It’s also the perfect location to the park and we were close to family in Longmont with some nice restaurants. We grilled out a couple of nights at the house and the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay here again!

Great long weekend stay to cap off a week in Estes Park. Enjoyed some of our favorite local restaurants and tried a couple of new ones as well. Location was perfect for shopping and dining downtown, and visiting friends who live nearby. Looking forward to our next stay!

Just a couple blocks from shopping and Restaurants in Downtown Longmont and an easy drive to Boulder, Rocky Mountain National Park and Celestrial Seasoning. I would stay again.

Love the layout of the house! Has so much potential. That said - my comments are not to be mean but to help. My family owned a business and we always said - can’t fix something if we don’t know it needs fixing!Feel kingsize mattress should be updated or maybe have a mattress topper to make it more comfortable. Housekeeping could be better. Some white spots on black curtains in bedroom. Front window curtains / 1 panel was on backwards. Could use a nicer fry pan in kitchen. Could use kitchen towels. I’m old - wash dishes by hand. Fan was used in one of the bedrooms - blades dirty. Really appreciated having off street parking. Front porch wonderful! Did not use exercise equipment, washer/dryer, or hot tub so can’t comment there.

Visiting family in the area The location of the home was perfect. When we arrived the home was clean and nicely furnished. Being walking distance to downtown made life easy. Very rarely did we need to use our car. Loved the neighborhood. It was quiet. Clean and the neighbors seemed friendly and always waved Would definitely stay again.

We joined our 2 children and their spouses in Longmont to attend a family baby shower. The house was comfortable and accommodated our party of 6 very well.
Location near Downtown Longmont is walking distance to coffee shops and casual dining. Love Longmont and the house made together time so enjoyable.
Loved this home! It was meticulously maintained and provided some wonderful amenities! Grandparents, parents and kids all loved it.
Backyard was gorgeous and a lovely place to hang out.
We did encounter one issue during our stay, but we received a quick response and it was resolved to our satisfaction.
