À notre grand regret, c’est la première fois que nous déposons une critique sur une location mais cela dois servir à prévenir d autres personnes.
Notre séjour n’a pas été du tout satisfaisant et ce pour de nombreux désagréments :Check in avec 1 heure de retard, réfrigérateur fonctionnant mal car un gros bloc de glace que nous avons nous mêmes dégivré,le store banne bloqué en position ouvert, le linge de toilette et draps qui sèchent dans le balcon( 2 serviettes de bain pour 5 personnes ),Tv hors service reparé après 4 jours, four hors service, verrou des sanitaires ne fonctionnant pas, store de la fenêtre bloqué, porte serviettes cassé, lampadaire hors service, commode non utilisable car sur le point de s’effondrer, annonce pas conforme avec la prestation vendu ( terrasse avec vu panoramique sur jardin??, quartier cosy??,, Check in réalisé par l hôtes en personne?? ),appartement trop étroit pour accueillir une famille de 5 personnes et literie de très mauvaise qualité.
C’est intolérable et inadmissible de mettre en location ce type d’appartement pour une famille venue pour passer des vacances.
