Located in the Capitou district, the house will offer you all the comforts to spend a pleasant holiday with family or friends. Come and have an aperitif in the shade of the fig tree, on a patio-like terrace.
The house is recent (2004) and has been refurbished this year. It is a terraced house, on 3 levels.
On the first level, you will find:

- A garage with a water point and a water jet for rinsing beach, diving or feet equipment

On the second level, you will find:
- A large living room (fitted kitchen, dining room, living room) of 45 m², crossing east-west, and giving access to a shaded terrace (awning, parasol, and tree)
- A terrace with two new garden furniture: table and chairs for dining, and relaxation area with armchairs and coffee table.
On the third level, you will find:
- An east-facing bedroom with open views, equipped with a double bed (140 x 190) with plenty of storage.
- A bedroom facing west, overlooking the terrace, equipped with two single beds (90 x 200) which can be made up into a large 180 x 200 bed on request; and having two large wall cupboards. The bedding is new.

The house is located in a quiet family residence of about sixty houses, closed by a secure gate. Children can play safely in the driveway in front of the house or in the square at the bottom of the residence. Many children are present throughout the year, they will quickly become acquainted.
You can reach the center of Capitou, a village-like neighborhood (within 400m) on foot, where you will find a small market every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., as well as shops (bakery, pharmacy, Italian caterer ( strongly recommended !), kiosk, hairdresser, cafes, bank), a bowling green in the shade of the plane trees, as well as various activities during the summer.
A mini-market can also help you out (Carrefour city at 700 m).
The house is located as the crow flies 2.5 km from the beaches and golf courses, 6 km from Cannes city center (port, Sncf train station, shops, Croisette), 10 km from Saint Cassien lake, 11 km from Grasse, 25 km from Nice Airport. The city is served by two motorway exits located 5 minutes from the house.
